I recently held an event at my Park District. The owner/manager Eddie at the Elk Grove Village location was super helpful and worked with me to accommodate a large group. The event was very successful and everyone loved the food. Will defiantly use again for our next big event, thanks again Eddie!

I’m surprised this place is rated over 4 stars at the writing of this review. The chicken was not bad. Seasoning was mediocre, but chicken tasted fresh and juicy. I threw the sides out (Mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes) because they were just awful. Sour and over salted- the both of them. Somehow the (probably spoiled) cheese was soupy in the Mac and dry on the potatoes, tasted dreadful. The place was dirty and dated. The service was fine, did take a while considering everything there is premade, but whatever. I don’t see myself ever coming back here.

I got the ten chicken strip special with mash potatoes and broccoli and cheese. The buffalo sauce was good but the hot sauce was unappetizing. The food itself was mediocre. Service was fine.

5/2022 5* Five stars for this place. Service was quick and great. Chicken of course was fantastic. And I look forward to visiting there again. The Cheese fries were not the best. $4.99 for Cheese fries? Thought it was high. But when I got home, I see there was a small container for $5. And not much cheese. Got to the second layer of fries and it was dry almost. I just won't get that next time. Chicken was good though!!!

Had THE worst meal there. The chicken tenders were half the size they usually are. And dry. The biscuits were horrible. They were out of honey mustard. And pickles. Poor quality.

The price online is not what you get. It’s over priced I asked the person who took my order she said they haven’t changed it. The biscuits were gummy. The chicken was ok only little dry my wife says. Won’t go back to this Brown chicken again!!! Cost extra.

Very poor service and pictures what they show in advertising is completely not true. Don't waste your time and money.

A friend put me on these tenders. Always served fresh, chicken is always juicy. You can eat the tenders by themselves that’s how good they are

The specialty Mac and cheese was some noodles with a glob of Velveeta 🧀. Not one sprinkle of seasonings. The chicken was not seasoned as well..

Food was delicious.. I order UBER bogo wing special. Lemon pepper n 1 spicy stak... and the little corn fritters are amazing good. 🌽

Terrible the chicken thighs were the size of chicken nuggets, and dry , we love Bowns chicken I just have to find another one not going back to Elk Grove , they used to be so good, what a shame !

Chicken is always outstanding and staff is very friendly. Worth the drive.
