I went thru the drive thru and ordered decaf.. I didn’t get decaf!! I have a heart condition. Which I cannot have caffeine!! This is the 2nd time you have done this to me! This could literally kill someone!! This is unacceptable!! Do better!!

The rudest.... 6:37 am on our way to work. We pulled up to the drive up and 2 minutes waiting no one talk to us, wondering if they are closed we drive around and see 2 cars infront of us. Come to the window and an older guy glases white hair says: why didn't you wait there you CANNOT ORDER HERE blablah ...we left. Like really

They close dine in everyday and in the website it says open I hate the old white woman , I went and she closed the door on us and locked it and proceeded to lie that it was closed that Dunkin was never like that since she came

I have been coming to this location since it opened as it's oybwaybto work. Today I tried placing an order and though it had gone through. When I got to the drive thru i told them I had a mobil order and gave them my name. They told me to come to the window, and told me my order had not gone through. When I asked if they. Could take my order they refused as there where cars behind me. I could have easily pulled over and waited while the order was being made, but they didn't even give me that option. In the many times that I have gone, i experience people wearing their masks wrong during the peak of COVID, the old man making the food never changes his gloves in between and sometimes wipes them on his clothes and keeps making the food, my orders have been wrong, I've been given attitude, and despite all this, I never complained. Everything comes to an end, and I can say that this will be the last time visiting this location.

Was rushing me the entire order and after the first item he was quick to say pull up to the window. Then proceeded to tell me he can’t make hot chai tea latte and was just very rude. My experience here was so bad that I didn‘t even complete my visit here. Do not go here!!!

worst DD in the area. I went to the drive thru and I had to repeat million times my order which was just an iced coffee with oat milk and mini bagels, literally two things nothing hard. I wanted the mini bagels plain and the lady keep saying ‘oh you want everything’ I was like I said 2 times I want them PLAIN. Then I pulled up to the window and guess what :) they gave me my whole order wrong smh. The coffee doesn’t have oat milk as I ordered and the bagels are everything not plain …

I am highly disgusted. so before making your sandwiches you don’t check to make sure nothing is moldy?? Indian dude don’t even care. so sad.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, especially of fast food places, however, my experience at Dunkin this morning was a special one. I regret that I didn't get my cashier's name, but she was working this morning, and probably couldn't have known this was my first time in public presenting feminine, as I'm trans. I got up to the counter, she smiled at me and said "I LOVE your shirt." This simple compliment has shaped my attitude for the day, I can't stop smiling, PLUS the coffee and donut really hit the spot. To that cashier, you absolutely made a trans girl feel like her best self this morning, and there's not enough words I can share to thank you for that gift.

Got wake up wraps and the eggs were green in the middle. Wasn't sure if they were moldy or overcooked.

Fast and tentative employees. Quick in and quick out. We typically go in to make sure that our orders are correct as we all know how the intercom communications work at times.

One of the better Dunkin's in the area. Drive thru moves faster than portillos. Food and drinks are always on point.

toxic workplace including the manager who commonly yells and ignores staffs questions, coffee taste disgusting compared to other dunkin locations... save your time and do not order.

Terrible coffee and wait time. I promise you they don't serve real Dunkin donut coffee here. Taste like dirty dish water. Do yourself a favor a go to a different Dunkin

This is the "good" D&D. The other one off Barrington Road and Irving is having staff issues affecting quality, sad to say. This location however is FAST. And the coffee is just right. It's a good spot, right off 20. Check them out.

Fool me twice, shame on me. I've learned my lesson. Go to another Dunkin if I want my order to be correct. The "manager"(he's more than a normal employee) that works on Sunday mornings should manage from his house. His attitude is mediocre at best and his listening skills are almost nonexistent(probably not the best person to have taking drive thru orders). He will give you attitude if you tell him the order is incorrect. This happened once and I let it slide, it has now happened again so something needs to be said. I posted a picture of the iced coffee I ordered. If you've ever ordered from Dunkin before, you know that is not an iced coffee. I didn't bother to say anything this time because I didn't feel like getting yelled at for someone else's mistake, again.

They always mess up the orders this is the second time I go ,I ask for a signature latte coffee and they give me a Ice coffee without flavor it all and when I tell them they get mad. I don’t understand why they goin to work if they don’t like his work.
