I stayed at this place for 4years and finally left. It was owned by people and was taken by a property management 2 years back. That’s when the difference was seen in maintenance, safety, and quality of the property. All the 5 star ratings and that too in a month’s span seem sketchy. Good luck staying at this place!!

I’m giving 5 stars to both Faye & Erika. Faye is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, friendly, supportive, and so much more. Any issue I have now, I always go to Faye for assistance. She resolves challenges efficiently and effectively. Faye truly hears you, and seeks to understand and mitigate any issues you may have. I am comfortable coming to her with anything and I enjoy speaking with her on a regular basis. She is so kind to my dogs and they absolutely love her. This place would fall apart without her. She is fantastic and her work ethic is unmatched. Erika is incredibly kind as well. She always goes out of her way to say hello and call me by name. I see her around the building often, and I see how deeply she cares about her job and how hard she works. I feel comfortable around her & she never fails to greet you with a smile and positive demeanor. This place would also fall apart without her. Faye & Erika are the glue holding this building together. They are professional, knowledgeable, competent, helpful, caring, welcoming, and so much more. Management here is absolutely worthless. They don’t care about the residents, they dismiss your concerns condescendingly, and are arrogant and demeaning. Faye and Erika are the only reason we renewed our lease. These 2 should be running this building, and could do so at a much higher skill level. Residents are happy and have issues resolved solely because of Faye & Erika. 0 stars for management, 5 stars for Faye & Erika. Thank you for all you do.

It's almost more than 3 months over here as a resident and it has been an amazing experience to be a part of 21 Kristin apartments. I am not only new to this City or State, but, I am new to this country as well. Yes, I have been visiting United States first time and I was looking for a rented house which should be neat and clean, easy accessible, secure & peaceful and most important well behaved community people who welcome overseas community people. I am really thankful to have this place as my first rented home. And I would like to thank especially to Erika who has done a tremendous job as leasing agent over here. From start with showing an apartment as a tour of an apartment till end with handing over the keys to a tenant, she is just fabulous in her job. Erika has a thorough knowledge as a leasing agent, she knows not only about the rental apartment and leasing terms but she also takes care of your requirements and explain all the leasing terms and conditions very easily. As a newbie to this country, renting a first apartment and understanding leasing terms and conditions was a little bit tough for me, and Erika did a wonderful job at this point. 21 Kristin apartments as a rental property is not done once you sign the lease for an apartment, but, they also take care of maintenance of your unit before you move-in and after you moved-in. In this case, I really appreciate to Erika who is really prompt and eager to help you whenever you need her help with any of the maintenance requests. At the last, I am glad to share my experience with 21 Kristin apartments as a resident and a ton of thanks to Erika for being supportive all the time. I would definitely recommend 21 Kristin apartments for your search to a new rental house.

Erika & Faye are amazing & so helpful! They’ve helped resolve many issues I have quickly & have been empathetic of any concerns I bring to their attention unlike management. They don’t interrupt me when speaking & I love that they greet you every time they can! They really are so sweet and amazing at what they do!

Went on a walk through on 12/27/2023 on both 1 and 2 bedrooms. Very impressed with the building and the staff. I don’t have the name of the young staff member that took care of me, but he has only been employed there only two or three months. Nonetheless. He was very accommodating and answered every question with much respect. I will be filling out the application before the end of this weekend with hopes on getting one of those newly renovated one bedroom by March. Thank you all

The manager has been horrible to deal with this past year. Very disappointing. On the other hand, the 2 girls Erika and Faye have been great. They’re kind. They listen to your concerns without interrupting and show empathy. I love coming home and hearing ‘welcome back’ from the girls. Always makes my day a little brighter.

One of the best rental properties I have seen in this area. It is very friendly and gives you a feel of new home when you are thousands of miles away from your home. I would like to specially thank to Erika who is really kind and generous being all the time when you need any help or support from her. She is a gem over here and really enthusiastic in her work.

I toured 21 Kristin for my next apartment and Erika greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. she was very well spoken and gave information thoroughly. Costumer service plays a huge factor in picking the perfect apartment because I would want to feel welcomed with the staff in the property and Erika did exactly that. Erika was wonderful and took her time with me to make sure I found what I was looking for. If there is ever a person to seek suggestions definitely would be Erika you will not be disappointed.
