😠 Update: I meant to update my review a little while back and raise my rating. Things actually got better and the prices seemed to go back down. They were close to what they were before and I found myself shopping here again. Well.....that didn't last. Stopped by today and was shocked! Prices were so... People often mention store,

Update: I meant to update my review a little while back and raise my rating. Things actually got better and the prices seemed to go back down. They were close to what they were before and I found myself shopping here again. Well.....that didn't last. Stopped by today and was shocked! Prices were so high, they might even be worse than they were they last time they changed management. Are these guys ever gonna learn????? Not to mention, the new manager seemed like a total douche. It's all changed....So I was told about 2 months ago that they had new management. I shopped at this store a couple times a week and have purchased hundreds of items from them. I was SHOCKED when I went there and saw that the store had gone through a complete makeover. It looked empty and the prices were at minimum triple what they were just the week before. A single cup and saucer was priced at $4.99 with the cup full of crazing. I thought I was seeing things. Nope! Things that would've been $.72 were now $2.99. $4.00 now $12+. I went as far as sending an email to their corporate office. Received a response that they would forward my email to the correct department and have someone get back to me. Guess what? I didn't hear back. This seems to be occurring through the resale industry. I really don't know why. I also noted that the parking lot is now pretty empty when I drive by. Shame on you Salvation Army. You are still a NON FOR PROFIT organization. I know you have overhead to cover but i think you went a bit overboard.

I used to go into the store almost twice a week to see what they have. Prices are insanely high for some items but are also very inconsistent. Shelves are extremely disorganized, and have broken plates and glassware. Store is extremely understaffed and the staff that is there are not friendly or attentive. Also they staple the price tags onto the wallets, purses and clothes. Other items have a classic small plastic piece that attaches the price to the item so it’s doesnt create a huge hole. Something to keep in mind. I will not be donating or shopping at this store after my terrible experience here. Corporate needs to come to this store and work out its many flaws.

Absolutely ridiculous. No changing rooms and no returns or exchanges. If you've got money to gamble with go ahead. Completely short staffed which is surprising as they mostly use people serving community service as their labor pool.

This was my first time at this store. It is laId out well with a book nook and easily accessible racks and shelving units easily identified with signage. Book prices seem a bit steep to me but I have not been thrifting anywhere except Good Will since COVID began. Lot parking and handicap accessible entrance. I couldn't figure out where each woman's size was located or if clothes are just sorted by color and you need to go through every garment and find the size. I did find a woman's tee shirt in the men's clothing that I bought.

I like coming her with the father. Good stuff. Good prices. I mostly like the clothes over the glassware. A lot of picture frames too. Get them while they’re there.
