Dr. Klimuk is an amazing doctor and listens to your needs. She takes the time to review all of your information. My PROBLEM is with her staff! My very first visit, I had to show the "nurse" how to draw my blood as she had NO clue. From there, I had issues with getting prescriptions which I initially blamed on my mail order pharmacy. This past week, I had an appointment and Doctor told me someone would call me the next day or Monday at the latest. Since I did not receive a call, I called in yesterday to find out what was going on. The staff member that answered the phone stated that prescriptions were called in the day of my appointment and I should be getting them very soon. Well, when I called to verify with the pharmacy, they were called in yesterday and being processed. This girl lied to me to cover her @%&! When I called in to speak with the Doctor today to discuss being lied to by her staff and they are not competent enough to do their job, some "manager" called me back and was also rude. I am not saying I was polite because I did refer to the staff as idiots and he went on the defense. He did not want to hear what I had to say and by the end of the call, he hung up on me and I will be taking my care to another physician. At NO point is it acceptable for a doctor's staff to treat patients in this manor but, I am sure she will never find out. If that office staff is replaced with appropriate and well behaved staff, I would continue my care with Dr. Klimuk. I hope she knows how these people treat her patients.

UPDATED I just received a notification of 5 other people reacting to my review and have noticed that the team has replied to my review. After reading the reply I scrolled down to see if all other responses they had for bad reviews were as aggressive. And they all are. When people write a review they say what they felt was wrong or right. But all replies this doctor has is - you are the problem not me. I do not find that to be reasonable. When people say what had hurt them and all you say is “I don’t care” instead of hearing them and working on getting better. I wish your team spent as much time taking concerns in consideration as you spend on writing nasty words back to people who already had a hard time visiting your clinic. Doctor, your staff scheduled me for a visit to take a test that when I arrived you said you could not do. I am sure you are aware of that. But no one cared to do anything about it. We are all understaffed but we need to take responsibility for the staff we hire. You do you. And I wish you the best. I hopped that if you did not hear me over the phone you’d hear me here. But I was wrong.

The best doctor in Schaumburg we moved here over 4 years ago she is the only doctor I trust with my children. She explains everything so you understand and she remembers her patients. The staff is very friendly and the new place is very clean and elegant. Dr Klimuk is also very pretty

Dr. Klimuk is an amazing, genuinely caring doctor. There need to be more doctors like her! She takes her time with her patients, really listens, and respects your wishes. She helped me so much when I injured my tailbone. No ego and not condescending like most physicians, she just genuinely wants to help. It is obvious that she loves what she does and excels as a doctor. The medical field could use more professionals like her. Thank you Dr. Klimuk!

Dr. Klimuk is most perfectly kind, attentive, and professional Doctor. She is complete with your back ground. She truly cares about your health, and takes it personally. She sees things that I had no idea about. I would not recommend any other Dr. Klimuk! She is truly the best! And a blessing!

Great staff, great location. Very clean and well kept. Dr. Klimek was very knowledgeable and listened to me. She ended up catching the pneumonia I didn't know I had when I just went in for an ear infection. It is bc she is so thorough and took her time with me she caught a huge problem with me before it turned into something worse. She is amazing.

I have never met a Doctor who cares so much about her patients! Dr. Klimuk will spend as much time as you need to help you feel better. She is very thorough while being kind and compassionate. Our whole family sees her and we are all very comfortable with her and her staff.

Recently, I came down with the flu. Dr. Klimuk and her staff were great. I genuinely felt everyone I came into contact with wanted to get me feeling better. After prescribed meds and rest Im back to normal. Today, I had a scheduled physical. Dr. Klimuk took the time to listen and suggest plan of attack without being pushy. All the nurses were great as well. So glad I found the Dr. and her staff!

What a wonderful place and Dr. Ala Klimuk is just way beyond amazing doctor! I am so glad I have discovered her, she is very caring, takes her time to listen to you and your problems, pays very close attention to every little detail and definitely gives you the best service you could have asked for. Staff is very friendly, caring as well. Thank you, for being there for us 🙏

Dr. Klimuk is an amazing doctor !!! She is very caring, knowledgeable and pleasant! Both my experiences with me and my 2 yo were great. The office is nice and clean, the staff is great also. I would highly recommend dr Ala Klimuk as she is one of the not that many doctors who takes their time with the patients, listens to them and doesn’t rush like most of them. I would give even more stars if i could !

Had an appointment at 10, was seen right away, the support staff, assistant and the PA were super nice and very helpful with my concerns! Would highly recommend this location!

I am surprised to see Negative Reviews about this office and Dr.Klimuk. She is the most attentive and caring doctor ever. The office staff has changed and they are very friendly and caring as well, not that I ever had problems with the previous staff. Highly recommend!
