I showed up to a 12pm appointment I booked weeks ago and the door was locked. The hours state that you are open until 12:30 today. Myself and 4 other people waited outside the locked door for 35 minutes. We knocked on the door multiple times and called leaving a voicemail that we were all waiting. Then the lights turned off at 12:20 and although people were clearly inside, we were ignored. To be a medical office and lock up when someone has showed up at their appointment time is unacceptable. I have severe pain and just getting out here is extremely difficult and painful for me- never mind standing outside a door for a half hour just to be ignored and not have my lab work done. At the very least, something should have been posted, someone should have come out and let us know, or I should have gotten a call that the office would be closed at my booked appointment time. Without these labs being done I now am delayed in getting my needed medication. What is the point of booking an appointment weeks out to be Ignored when I arrive. Waste of time and energy.

Went in and spoke to a phlebotomist but I didn't understand how my insurance worked so she helped me out briefly and I was on my way. I returned after talking with my insurance in the lobby and began filling out the scheduling touchscreen in the waiting room. An Indian phlebotomist opened the door to the waiting room and stood uncomfortably close to me to stare at the screen as I filled it out. After ten seconds of silence I said "can I help you?" He immediately asked if I was there for a drug test and I said "no" and listed the tests I was there for. He said "let me see what I can do" and went in the back. He then came out and brought me into the back. I mistakenly gave him the form from my dermatologist in addition to my new pre requisition form. He started saying he didn't need them both and I tried to explain that I didn't fully understand and the other woman working could explain to which he took offense and began interrupting me. I asked him not to interrupt me to and he interrupted me to say he was not interrupting me then said sorry. I said I liked the woman better and without any word he picked up my cellphone and form and began walking me out the door before finally handing me my cellphone and said "come with me hunny" and took me to the other phlebotomist. At one point I asked "sir can I get your name please?" He again came in my personal space aka 6-10 inches for me and said "Shah, sorry." I asked for and received his first name but I was highly uncomfortable with his proximity so I didn't write it down. When he brought me to the other worker she was clearly busy but took time to get my blood work done and make pleasant conversation. She was great but unfortunately Shah makes it a 1 for me. I didn't come to this facility to be called patronizing pet names by a staff member who doesn't understand bedside manner or personal space. Again I will say the traveling worker there did a great job and was quick and efficient while helping to diffuse a very uncomfortable situation. 5 stars to her.

No signs to wear masks and the stuff was very rude and unprofessional. They told me that they would give me and my son masks to get the blood drawn but my 8 year old daughter would have to stay in a waiting room by herself because they can't provide masks for everyone. I can't leave my daughter unsupervised so we went back to my car to get the maksks. When we came back, we were informed that our doctor's order was not in their system even though I had a confirmation that they sent it in. I'm a single mom and I work nights. I showed up there right after my shift, exhausted. I don't have time for that .....

This place is so inconsistent an unorganized. The first time I was here, I checked in and waited. I didn’t get called until several minutes after my appt time. I was told by 2 people if I have an appointment I don’t have to check in. My second time here I have an appt again and did NOT check in as I was told previously. After 20 min of waiting I asked and was told I HAVE to check in. While checking in the tablet prompted me to make another appt bc I was “over 10 min late” I waited and waited and the phlebotomist never came back. So I had to make another appt for another day. List several hours of work for nothing. Also, I understand it might be frustrating when an elderly person can’t use the electronics to sign in but instead of leaving them hanging maybe take 2min to help them check in?

I rarely spend the time to leave a review, but I came into Quest for an Oral fluid drug test, but they had no tests on hand and were unable to perform the ordered work. The people working here called every single nearby Quest location until they found a location with a kit and called me after I had already left to inform me of where I could go for the work I needed done. Thank you so much! Great staff

DOROTA helped me with a complicated order. She took the time to get everything I needed and helped me do it in the most cost-friendly way even as a walk-in. They truly take care of you at this location. The check in process was easy and efficient. I definitely suggest making an appointment to make it easier on yourself and the healthcare staff!

Angie and the staff went above and beyond for us today. We had a problem with our order and were really confused and thought all was lost for the day, but they told us exactly how to fix it and then got us in despite a surge of Saturday morning walk-ins. I wish I remembered the names of the other two who were there, but they were totally patient-centered and did all they could to get everyone in. They knew their stuff, and it was like a revolving door of people coming in, getting taken care of, and leaving. Give these people a raise, they are outstanding! If you three read this, thank you so much.

I recently visited the Arlington Hts location as a walk-in for a Phlebotomy. I was immediately greeted by and helped by Shari. She was pleasant, professional and painless at her craft. It was a quick, pain-free experience....... I hope to be Phlebotomized by Shari on my next visit. Thanks Shari, Scott
