Use to love this place. Came here on not only a Thursday night, but Valentine’s Day evening after dinner. Everywhere online listed the bar closing at 1 am. Their last call was at 10:15, singer left at 10:30 and all the lights were on at that point forcing you out at 10:45. Very misleading and most importantly disappointing in an establishment I’ve previously loved for years.

I had planned to go to a special event and paid up front. We had to cancel. I called a week before the event to let them know we couldn't attend. I've been told they get my messages and I am to get a gift card. I've been calling, leaving messages, sent an email and a Facebook for a whole month now and no one gets back to me. I used to love this place, but this is just ridiculous.

Went for my birthday last month. Party of 11. They were out of certain entrees even though it was early in evening, wrong or poor quality food served, forgot certain orders, service very slow. Pianist ignored multiple tips and requests for songs - even the happy birthday request. When we departed, elevator was stopped on higher floor so elderly (heart patient) parent had to walk up stairs because owner could not request elevator to be released to come down. Spoke to owner that night about the evening and we agreed to talk a few days later. He has ignored multiple phone calls, messages and email for past 3+ weeks. Said he wanted to make things right, but apparently didn't. Very disappointing to be treated this way and ignored. There are many other Arlington Heights restaurant options - don't risk this one!

The bartender was very nice but service at the table was very slow including clearing away empty glasses and plates. We had to get up to find our server to ask her again for our check. This could have been a staffing issue. I am not sure how this location has been a successful piano bar, because the low ceilings trap the sound and the columns make it difficult for many tables to see the stage.

Service was very slow and management was very rude, my friend turned 21 acouple months ago and got denied service, I guess you have to be older than 21 to drink at this place ? Once we had a little dispute with the manager , me and my friend who were 21 left because it was BS . Then once we left the server never came to serve the other people at the table who were well over the age of 21.

The piano entertainment was amazing and we were having a great time. However, when we went up to the piano to request songs and dance. Our waitress took our jackets up to the hostess stand and threw away our personal items including my face mask. When we came back to the table we were shocked to find all of our stuff was gone. The waitress offer no explanation and basically just said “Sorry I threw away all your stuff”. I was really enjoying myself, but that waitress absolutely ruined my night.

The vibe and patrons are very lively. Unfortunately, it's a hit or miss for the drinks. Service has gone worse and worse every time we visit. Staff needs to improve their customer service skills.

Nice Atmosphere but nothing outstanding. I stopped in for a beer and listened to some live music which was ok. I would definitely go back depending on who’s playing. Beer selection is limited to say the least.

Service was good, food was okay, but just shy of how good it should have been for the price & the entertainment was not very entertaining. We will try them again sometime, but not anytime soon. I really did love the space & if either the food or entertainment were better then it would have been worth it.

Had a wonderful girls night out! Food and entertainment was amazing and our server Michelle was awesome. Ariel the bartender hostess was equally amazing!

All was great, other than packed beyond belief and had to wait for ever at the bar for 1 of the 3 bartenders to even acknowledge us. Tables were dirty beyond belief fas as bottles of beer and glasses all over them when they did empty out we decided to just stand there instead of sit then left.

Food was ok for bar food. Piano player was not the best we couldn't make out most of the music he played.

This place is amazing! First time here and they blew away my expectations! The staff was super friendly and they loved being there. We started on the patio for a couple drinks and martinis. So so good! Our server Reece was such an angel! She went above and beyond the whole night. Definitely check them out! 10/10

Great atmosphere. Great vibes. Piano player was top notch. The drinks were a bit off - no simple in the sazerac, not enough lime in margarita, not too bad worth complaining or sending back, but just OK. Otherwise a fun bar.

Nice looking basement bar located in beautiful downtown Arlington Heights on a great intersection with many other nice restaurants and bars. Unlike other piano bars where the performance is the center of attention here the talent competes with unusually loud noise levels to be heard. Our group of 8 ordered a variety of appetizers and entree thet varied from good to very good with no real standouts. Staff is very friendly but overworked at times. The kitchen is likely not sized correctly to handle large hungry crowds so expect delays for food service.

I love this wine bar! It's a wonderful place to catch up with friends or impress an out-of-towner.

Nice place. the doors a little hard to find. It's in the basement of that building. in the winter there was cold air blowing from the ventilation making it uncomfortable to eat. Food was good with nothing out of the ordinary

I had a mixed experience here. Pianist's vocals were piercingly loud and not discernable . Crab cakes were cold, tiny, and just bad. Steak sandwich was good, cooked to perfection. Staff was perfect.

I had such a great time, nothing better then live music at bar! Mike was so funny and did such a great job trying to play so many different songs! It has to be hard to play everyone’s requests,the night was perfect! Can’t wait to come back again!

My new favorite late night hangout place!! The pianist was phenomenal and the wait staff were incredibly friendly. The vibe of the whole place was upbeat and happy. Everyone would sing along to songs and dance and it felt very reminiscent of a giant family reunion amongst strangers. Highly recommend!!

This is the hidden gem of Arlington Heights. The musicians have always been nothing short of inclusive and incredible. The staff is extremely competent and always pleasant to deal with.

Had a great time here. Mike is the best! He is so talented and was so much fun! Can’t wait to go back and see him again! Also the staff was very friendly.

We went on a Thursday night for an event. The staff was amazing and made sure our group wasn't forgotten. The evening piano that night was great!

What a find! Enjoyed drinks with friends Saturday night. Can still hold a conversation while listening to the pianist. Can't recall if I had the Manhattan or the Old Fashioned but the cocktail was well made. Would definitely go back

Fun place. I love their chocolate lovers martini. Their Peartini was really refreshing as well. I enjoyed the spinach and artichoke dip. It's fun to sing a long to the songs or just to go watch others sing while the piano player plays some tunes.

It was just my 21st birthday and I got denied for having a vertical ID? Ridiculous considering I was able to drink at the next door restaurants an hour before going here. If you are really worried about stopping people with fakes, know the difference between a real one and a fake one. Don’t tell me everywhere else does this in the neighborhood when in reality nobody else does. Waitress and manager didn’t seem to care and were rude.

Great time just closes too early

Nice place to be out while this social isolation situation. Nice music . Unfortunately our waiter screwed up big time our food order . Wrong one for my husband... no food for me .. just my appetizer... then constantly asking if they can clear the table ! We. We’re waiting for my meal! . The food and service :1 star .. thanks to the entertainment and the fact that after being locked in for 5 months everything is tolerable ... I suppose... not coming back . That is for sure .

Fun local place With free entertainment and good food. During the shut down, they've been moving the entertaining upon Vail with Will distance tables outside for eating and drinking.

Met friends here last night. We planned to have dinner before the show we had tickets for next-door. When we arrived our friends were sitting at the bar having a drink. There were no other stools available so the bartender Amanda suggested we take a table. We took her advice and sat just off the bar. She brought us water and rushed off without taking a drink order. We sat for quite a while as she chitchatted with her friends at the bar. Finally I raised my arm and waved it which seemed to annoy her. After a few more minutes She finally came over and took our drink order. She made more drinks for people sitting at the bar before making ours. After finally delivering our drinks and some menus she did not return to our table for so long we were forced to leave In order to make our show. Fortunately we had dining seats at Hey Nonny. We had dinner there which was outstanding and the service was superb.

Low key joint to see talented piano musicians. Good variety of drinks to choose from. Very skilled bartender that knew a wide array of drinks.

Came here to celebrate my partner's career moves - Big Shot set an amazing tone for our evening! Only grievance would be that sometimes the larger tables would be too loud and it became difficult to hear the person at the table beside me. Wonderful wait staff and food to match! Will have to be back to try some martinis with such an wide drink menu offering!

Place looks really classy after year ago remodeling, but it kept the warm feeling. Lot’s of fun. Great spot to go out with friends and to get dressed up a little bit!

Always a good time but super small and always super crowded. Plan to get there early so you are not standing the whole night if that's not your thing.

This place is excellent! Fair rates, big portions and the employees are constantly nice.

Great food

Food and drinks were great, but not the music.I really wanted to hear live jazz music but when the pianist played some really good songs, he slaughtered it. I mean his singing was terrible. The drinks were strong, but not strong enough to ignore his singing.

A ton of fun to hang out here for a few hours after dinner.
