Krispy Cream one of my favorites places to enjoy a delicious donuts and coffee. Not great customer experience. Please stay away from texting on your phone or watching videos and take care the customers. Have your tables and floor clean. This place could be way better. Nothing in customer service like used to be. Please improve your self. I give 5 ***** to the 2 workers works hard in the back making these delicious Donuts. Thank you for your hard work. I really appreciate it.

This place has a variety of fresh donuts. I loved the glazed donuts which were light, airy, and sweet. I would recommend the glazed donuts and coffee combination, it was the perfect balance. Lastly, they had a lot of parking spaces and friendly staff which made the experience more convenient.

Good place to pick up a dozen or two of freshly made doughnuts. They also have mini-doughnuts for those of you who are watching your weight. It's always nice to see the conveyor belt full of fresh doughnuts, kids and adults alike really enjoy watching it. They also have a big dining room area for your convenience. So, if you can't wait to get home, just buy a cup of coffee, milk, juice, bottle water, sit down at a table and eat your doughnuts here.

Empty place Don’t know if they are famous and running Big place. Two employees Boxes are prebuilt, They were out of coffee. So anything you see on menu for coffee is not there. Donuts were tasty. Their hats are cute. Nice ideas

Too sweet there is only glazed one even the chocolate dipped one have glaze on them , not so many options, the prices is high you can buy same brand half price from grocery story , the store is not clean

Krispy Kreme in its Glory Days used to be almost a cult. Looking at this big empty location, it is now a shadow of what it used to be. This one is a big location but all the chairs and tables have been put to the side and they only now do walk-in, pick up and drive through. No 'hot donuts now' sign, no conveyor belts making fresh glazed Krispy Kreme donuts, no real movement at all inside the store.. pretty sad.

The location was closed for no reason yesterday at 6pm. The times online, on the app, and on Google maps are open until 10pm. A truck was parked in front of the drive through blocking it, and all the doors were locked with lights on inside. Many people pulled up while I was parked in the parking lot, and attempted to open the locked door. Very disappointed after driving very far to get to this location with supposedly fresh hot and ready donuts at the time I arrived. The strangest part was that the online orders were functioning through the app, so I could have purchased donuts, gotten there, and realized they closed unannounced.

Their donut is awesome!!!! I was really surprised and amazed when I first tried this fresh donut. Well.. I would highly recommend to visit here and get original Krispy creme donuts. You can easily tell how fresh they are and how different they are from other donuts

This place is pathetic. Everytime I come for a seasonal special I never get what I ordered. Placed a order for Thanksgiving Mini Doughnuts and got half of the seasonal ones and half plain minis lol. Order was placed at 9:00am for a pickup at 2:40pm. Definitely done buying from here.

Hands down the best Krispy Kreme held down by gravity. World Class Customer Service from my man Ryan at the drive thru… Ryan made sure my donuts were fresh, my Strawberry Refresher was THE BEST STRAWBERRY REFRESHER IVE EVER HAD!! Ryan deserves an immediate raise and promotion ASAP! He should at the very least be running is own Krispy Kreme and showing others what World Class Customer Service and support is all about!! THANKS RYAN!!!

Went in to get my free dozen original krispy Kreme donuts for my birthday reward and ended up ordering another dozen (2 strawberry and kreme, 2 banana pudding, 2 chocolate kreme pie, 2 key lime pie, glazed lemon, 2 chocolate iced custard filled, and a cake batter donut) and 2 of their frozen coffee drinks (vanilla and caramel). Let me tell you, we sat down and had to have a couple before we even left and the strawberry and kreme is sweet and tart, lemon is tart and delicious with some of the best lemon curd filling I've had. My boyfriend really enjoyed his chocolate iced custard filled donut and his chocolate kreme pie donut. The coffee drinks were so so so good!!! They were like frappe drinks, everything was balanced between the coffee taste, the sweetness, just everything. Would definitely recommend!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The interior was clean with hats of every table. Super nice display case for the donuts and you can watch the donuts come off the belt. Supercool! Overall a great experience.

Workers were rude. As soon as we came in, they kicked out me and my children and told us to go to drive through even though we were already inside. No fresh donuts and awful atmosphere. Tried to charge us close to 20$ for a dozen old donuts, 6 regular glazed, and 6 mixed.

I arrived as soon as they opened 8.22.23. I was hoping for more of a variety of donuts. The young lady that assisted me said the donuts they had were the only ones available "right now." I'm guessing I should've waited??? Idk. I love the fact they make the donuts at this location. The location near me was shut down😥.

There is nothing to say about krispy cream original glazed doughnut. However, I'll try; what is better than warm fresh Krispy kream original glazed? Ask any body they might come up with maybe one or maybe but maybe two things but that's it. Hard to compete. Am I right or wrong 😉

KK corporate wants all locations to participate in their new promotion.... Wednesday at dozen glazed for the national average price of a gallon of gas. I HOPE THIS LOCATION honors that pricing.

This is one of my fav donut places.. Yummy and delicious donuts!! We usually get donuts from Krispy Kreme because of the excellent taste. But this store, especially in last couple of visits, we felt very bad as the way the drive-thru guys reply it is very rude and harsh. They don’t have enough patience to ask if we/our voice is unclear.

Never been to this place since I was born and I am incredibly impressed by these amazing and tasty donuts! Totally worth the drive and price. The lady who attended me was super patient and nice! The biscoff donuts are soft and had a really nice taste. My first time here and I just had to get a dozen since it's far away from where I live! Krispy Kreme, you just earned 5 stars (passed with flying colors :)👍

I love their fresh original glazed donuts and regular coffee! They are the best right out of the oven and always delicious every time you warm them up in the microwave. Krispy Kreme doughnuts are very good! I can't get enough of them! They have a great variety of donuts, and even some seasonal ones. The employees at this location are probably the nicest, fastest and most professional I've encountered anywhere. Any time I get donuts, it will be from here because of the great service and great food. Would recommend going for a quick sweet bite to eat.

You can't beat these donuts, they are just SO good. I prefer the glazed though. So delicious.

Took my money for a online order but when I got there I was told they had no more doughnuts and were closed. When I asked about my order I was told I would get a refund in a few days. When I asked for a refund recipt the MOD/Brandy told me the receipt is via email but to hold on and she would do it on the computer before I left. She walked away and never came back. I waited in the drive thru for awhile until I finally had to leave because other people were behind me stuck and angry as well about the store closing early. Still no email about a refund…

Good variety of donuts any time of day. Quick drive thru service (as of this review 5/2/2022 the dining room was closed and they only offered drive up service). Donuts were fresh but it was s little hard ordering different flavors thru drive up.

These donuts are amazing. This location is usually not too busy, it is probably quicker to talk in to get your order instead of the drive-thru. Donuts are always fresh and staff is ready to assist. I believe at the moment the place has mandatory mask policy and has the indoor dining unavailable. Definitely going back to this location.
