My dog has been sick for over four months and the vet has been useless in solving the issue! All about max billing and trial and error! I am seeking a real veterinarian not a high profit center! This place just sucks as much MONEY as they can get away with and likely pays bonus to the veterinarian with the highest average billing rate! Absolutely DISGUSTED

disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by Golf Rose Animal Hospital. Our experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. We took our beloved puppy in for breathing problems, hoping to receive quality care and support for our furry family member. To begin with, the exorbitant charges they imposed on us were outrageous. During the first visit, they shamelessly demanded a staggering $2300, leaving us feeling exploited and financially burdened. We reluctantly paid, trusting that it would lead to a proper resolution of our puppy's health issues. However, not only did they fail to diagnose the problem correctly, but they also discharged us with the same persistent issue still affecting our puppy. It was evident that they had not put in the necessary effort to address the root cause of the problem, and their incompetence was glaringly apparent. Incredibly, we were compelled to return for a second visit, foolishly thinking that they would learn from their mistakes and provide better care this time. But alas, we were wrong. They demanded another $1700 from us, and to our absolute horror, they even suggested putting our beloved puppy down! The callousness and disregard for our pet's well-being were utterly shocking. Thankfully, we decided to take our puppy back home and give her some time to recover on her own. To our relief, within 24 hours, he was back less than 72 hours to get Field another $1600. For antibiotics and oxygen. Can’t believe that the doctor wanted me to put my puppy down that Dr should be ashamed of him self . You lucky I lost your business card buddy, but my last name is Lara you know who I am you have my credit card on file American Express so please if you want to talk about email how about you call me or you email me you have my number I’ll even put up a picture so you can remember him Canlite your staff was very helpful nice lady and the last doctor was seen. She was also very understanding. But I definitely do not recommend this place you will find other than just don’t care about taking your money imagine paying $4300 just for antibiotics and a little bit of oxygen

I took my 4week old puppy here because he aspirated while I was feeding him a bottle. They told me he had little to no chance making it. May I mention said this in front of my kids. Which broke there hearts. So I figured I would try my best to keep little man alive, told them i will take him home since he had little chance to make it either way. They told me they dont recommend i do so. Made me sign a paper. reached out to couple friends gave me some good home remedies. He was back to norm within 5days. Thank God. Always get a second opinion on ur pets. And don't go here

We were active clients at the clinic, and my dog is experiencing a medical issue that needs to be addressed urgently, and was told that we could not get in for three days, unless we brought him in on an emergency basis, and paid the emergency fee which is three times as much. If they can service him on an emergency basis…they have appointments. They are just trying to shake a hire feet out of people in crisis. Very unethical and very disappointing!

Have been taking my pets to Golf Rose for more then 20 years. Dr McKlure is the most compassionate and knowledgeable vet that I continue to bring my pets to. She amazes us on how much she remembers about each pet. During difficult times she has been there for us helping to make decisions in the best interest of the dogs

Golf Rose is a 24 hour Veterinary ER. It is also a standard vet practice. The staff is amazing. They are caring, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I trust them to take care of my cats and treat them with loving care. I highly recommend Golf Rose Animal Hospital to anyone with furry family members.

We absolutely love Golf Rose Animal Hospital ~ specifically Dr Amanda Haase. She is an extremely kind, knowledgeable & compassionate veterinarian. An overall wonderful person in every way. We started going to Golf Rose in 2007 and have continued to go ever since. Dr Haase has gone above and beyond to help our family and all of our fur babies in every situation. She has always been so honest with us about everything. She helped us keep our babies happy & healthy. We’ve experienced the loss of a couple of our girls along the way, but they lived very long lives under her care, well beyond what we thought was possible. We love every single thing about Dr Haase and her staff. I know that there are other very competent doctors at their location as well, but she knows all of our dogs and us, so it’s so easy to continue to see her. We highly recommend Golf Rose Animal Hospital to everyone. Thank you for loving our dogs

I can't recommend Golf Rose enough; they saved my dog's life twice and treated her and me with compassion throughout a very difficult experience. My dog was a repeat offender, having ingested a foreign body and needing surgery to remove it. The costs are considerable for this type of surgery - but understandably so. They took her in quickly, assessed the problem and came up with a plan of treatment and an estimate quickly. The estimate and invoice itemized everything and the costs were all very reasonable. When they gave me my options, they gave them all to me - including the heartbreaking option of putting her down - without any judgement or pressure. I've read about so many Emergency Vets being "money grabbers" - I truly did not feel that way at Golf Rose. Emergency vet care IS expensive. It sucks. But they certainly did not nickel and dime me, and they did everything they could to make her treatment as inexpensive as possible. I called around to multiple "emergency" vets before taking her back to Golf Rose this time - and in the end, the only place that COULD see her was Golf Rose. Every other place had a skeleton crew and could not possibly treat her condition when I called. Golf Rose is truly a life saving facility, and I am so thankful that they were there for us in our time of need.

This place is awesome. The people who work here are so nice and understanding. On August 5th, 2022. My husband and I had to say goodbye to our 15 1/2 year old Border Collie/Pit Bull Mix. His name was Mason and he loved to play for 1/2 hour every afternoon with balloons( he would keep hitting them up in the air and then kill them). Then he would play for 1/2 hour at night with a ball. He lived to play and he loved to play. He never missed a day until the day before we put him down. He had the most beautiful smile , we knew as soon as that smile left his gorgeous black and white face...his time would be up. He was perfect. We'll miss our Mason forever.

By far great service great staff. The vet was very kind and very sympathetic in such a hard moment when we put our dog down. Ive gone to other vets in the past but this place has been the best by far. They are truly invested in animals. You can just tell they love what they do. Ill never forget this visit. Thank you for all your help and for being so caring. I really appreciate it after a hard year ive had.

The expertise and proficiency of care at Golf Rose is an easy 5 out of 5 stars. Our little Olive had swallowed a sock that blocked her intestines so we knew that was a critical issue needing a rapid solution. They got her into surgery within 90 minutes of getting there. We had a call within 3 hours letting us know everything was a success and she was in recovery. Then the after care for the next day was spectacular. All the technicians we saw are very caring and good at what they do. This was the ideal situation for the position we were in, and am very grateful for the expertise and care Olive was treated with. I highly recommend that if you have a pet emergency to go to Golf Rose Animal Hospital.

Took great care of my 3 year old pitbull after getting a nasty cut on her joint. They were fast, efficient and showed love to her. Great staff all around.

I was recommended by a friend for this location based on their professionalism and hospitality and they exceeded all expectations and then some! What an amazing experience from a hospital that has all the details spot on! Already made follow-up appointments for Fito my 6 week old kitten

I almost lost my 13 year old dog to an encounter with another dog. All of the staff at Golf Rose was so supportive and helped me through an extremely stressful and terrifying time. Special thanks to Dr. Muskal for doing your magic to save Tana. Her odds were bleek but you pulled her through and she is back to her normal spunky self. Could not recommend Golf Rose more! Service beyond anything I've encountered elsewhere. Thank you for doing this hard job and being their for your patients!

Dr. Amanda Haase is by far the best vet we've ever seen. She's thorough, compassionate, and really smart - and able to communicate so well. Colleen the tech was awesome with our guys, too! The prices were totally reasonable and the facility itself is fantastic. We're so happy we brought our pups to her!

The facilities were immaculate and the staff were professional and friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same week. My fur baby is skiddish around strangers but she felt comfortable with the vet and staff. I found my new veterinarians.

Golf Rose Animal Hospital is one of the best! We have been visiting this hospital with our now 10-year-old Beagle since 2017 and every time we have been extremely satisfied with their veterinary and front office services. Whether we visit this place for regular check-ups or for an emergency (even during the pandemic), we are always meted out with the best of services. Dr. Todd Landoch is one of the best. Even when we call them up for any advice or guidance at night, during emergency hours, their doctors and office staff are always very helpful. Can't thank everyone at Golf Rose Animal Hospital for all their care, love, help, support, and guidance.

I took my cat for a check up and he was nervous but the doctor and staff were awesome with him. They were gentle and kind which helped him. After his shots they even took him in the back to do a little shave on his bottom so he doesn’t get anything in his fur. This is my second time bringing him and I love this place!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough. My dog and I went through several scary instances throughout the week in regards to her health, resulting in us visiting the ER twice and hospitalization. Every staff member - whether it was reception, vet, vet techs, etc. - was so kind, caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. They answered the many questions I had and provided the best quality care to my dog, including life -saving measures. They made a traumatic and awful situation into a more comfortable one with their expertise and just general compassion. I appreciate them so much and what they did for my pet.

Staff and doctors are super nice and experienced, that was awesome and great. But the wait times are quite long. We got sent here by our primary vet as an emergency , still waited 2 hours before our pet was fully checked out. Picking up our pet also took entirely too long. I understand there’s release paperwork and such, but no way it takes a full hour just to hand our pet back…

I love this place. The staff here are wonderful. I came on a Friday night and they saw me right away. Stephanie got me into a room right away, Sarah the vet tech was wonderful with my baby. And Dr. Kendra was very thorough. I was in and out in just under an hour. It was my second emergency trip there and they are always so quick and accommodating. They are also cheaper than other places.

So I had just adopted a handsome boy who unfortunately ripped out a whole toe nail. I brought him here Saturday morning. I called ahead to make sure they have the space for him to be seen. I am so happy they had availability. I really appreciated how kind they were as well as they answered all of my questions. I really like that not only do they take normal appointments but they are a 24/7 vet so I know my pets will be seen at the same place. where as before I had a different normal vet and a different one for emergencies. my dog Bruce had to get some x-rays on his foot and I thought it was cool I was able to look at them and they explained what they saw thankfully they didn't see anything so he just has to heal from the injury which seems to be going smoothly. I am going to keep them as his permanent vet, as well as, once he is healed I plan on having them be the vet for my two cats as well! thank you again guys for all your help and care! I really appreciate how clean and well taken care of your office is! see you soon

Very nice Dr.and staff. Yet this trip being it was a emergency type. But overall good service and a better price paid than the past dog care issues. I'll be back. J.RAGO

The best in animal care! I couldn't be happier. I'm so glad to bring my cats to Golf Rose because I know they will be treated with kindness and prescribed the correct treatment. From routine exams , to dental, to surgery , I have the utmost confidence.

They were very helpful respectful and honest. They brought my cat back from what appeared to me to be the brink of death and prescribed the perfect drug to get his appetite back to normal. They were honest about what should and should not be done to diagnose the issue and even though they could not find a diagnosis they did not keep running up the bill to do more and more tests even after I said I was willing to do anything to help my sick cat. Doctor Paula went above and beyond and spent a long time explaining everything she could to me. I have never seen a vet who made me feel more like my pet and myself was more worth their time and she was available to me by phone hours later. I appreciate the care that was shown to myself and my pet and am thankful that because of their help we get to spend more time with our beloved Hank. Thank you.
