I'm
basing
the
above
rating
solely
on
our
visit
to
BSAH
this
morning
12/28/2022
for
our
dog(Raven)'s,
2nd
set
of
vaccines/boosters.
PROs:
1--
Shout
out
to
Drs.
Jen
and
Courtney
for
being
awesome.
Dr.
Jen,
especially,
really
took
the
time
to
explain
to
us
what's
gonna
happen,
what
to
expect,
possible
side/adverse
effects,
complications,
payment
package,
etc.
on
everything
regarding
our
dog.
We
really
felt
like
we
know
what
was
going
on
and
that
our
newly-rescued
dog
was
in
safe
hands.
2--
The
tech
we
had
during
our
first
visit
named
Nando
was
also
very
friendly
and
accommodating.
3--
Place
appeared
clean
and
organized.
4--
An
exam
room
was
already
prepped
and
ready
when
we
arrived
and
we
didn't
have
to
wait
too
long
to
be
seen.
5--
Prices
are
OK
-
neither
the
cheapest
nor
the
most
expensive.
We've
just
moved
in
this
area
a
few
months
ago
from
the
city
so
its
location
was
pretty
convenient.
CONs:
1--
We
believe
that
the
tech?
named
Katie
(or
as
what
was
written
on
the
white
board)
who
was
with
us
this
morning,
really
needs
to
work
on
her
customer
service
and
technical
skills.
When
she
entered
the
room,
the
first
words
that
came
out
of
her
mouth
were
"Hi.
Close
the
door...
So
why
are
you
here?"
pointing
to
us
in
an
ordering
tone.
She
didn't
introduce
herself,
sounded
like
she
didn't
wanna
be
there,
was
slightly
condescending,
and
was
asking
us
questions
which
i
bet
could
be
answered
right
away
if
she
only
reviewed
the
clipboard
she
was
holding
a
few
seconds
before
coming
out
to
see
us.
I
also
don't
know
and
care
what
her
position
is
in
there,
but
she
also
didn't
address
the
doctor(s)
appropriately.
My
partner
and
I
both
work
in
health
care
and
we
know
for
a
fact
that
as
professionals
we
should
always
show
appropriate
conduct
and
decorum
when
at
work
especially
when
dealing
with
patients
and
their
families.
After
Dr.
Courtney
was
already
done,
Katie
came
out
again
and
said
"She
no
longer
needs
to
see
you
again,
so
you
guys
may
go
now".
Wow,
just
wow.
Sharp
contrast
to
Dr.
Jen
and
Nando
the
first
time
we
visited.
IF
ever
we
do
go
there
again,
I
would
request
for
her
NOT
to
be
with
us,
if
possible.
2--
In
relation
to
1,
due
to
her
rushing
us
out
of
there
or
something,
some
of
the
contents
of
our
bring-home
paper
bag
(such
as
the
specimen
cup
to
S/E
#2)
were
missing.
We
only
realized
it
when
we
took
out
the
contents
of
the
paper
bag
at
home.
Good
thing
we
live
nearby
so
we
just
dropped
by
to
pick
it
up
after
grocery
shopping.
Imagine
if
we
lived
far
away
and
had
to
drive
aalll
the
way
back
just
for
those.
3--
It's
been
almost
3
weeks
already
and
we
still
haven't
received
any
info
on
the
result
of
our
dog's
1st
stool
exam.
We
inquired
twice
-
the
first
one
was
to
a
guy
over
the
phone
who
basically
said
"I
don't
know
the
result,
it's
not
on
here"
and
the
second
one
to
a
front
desk
lady
who
said
she
will
put
a
note
to
do
a
follow
up
and
ask
why
it
has
not
been
uploaded
yet
after
all
this
time.
We
understand
that
these
specimens
are
going
to
be
sent
out
to
an
outside
lab,
but
3
weeks
is
too
much
for
a
simple
stool
exam.
4--
If
anything,
we
should've
opted
for
the
vaccines
to
be
administered
right
in
front
of
us
(and
not
at
the
back)
so
we
can
see
which
vaccines
were
injected
on
where
and
how
we
may
mitigate
our
dog's
reaction
to
it
since
we
weren't
really
provided
any
info
during
this
visit.
5--
The
front
desk
staff
is
a
hit
or
miss.
Sometimes
they
are
nice,
sometimes
they
are
rude
OR
act
snooty/condescending
as
if
they
don't
need
customers'
money
to
keep
the
place
running.
So
good
luck
on
that.
So
yeah.
Key
pros
and
cons
to
remember.
We
are
planning
to
check
out
other
animal
hospitals
or
vet
clinics
within
the
area
as
well
just
to
see
how
they
differ.
