staff always friendly. once line was out the door, and even then was surprised at how quick the line moved. you'd think that means very minimal portions, but that wasnt the case. pleasantly surprised.

Staff was rude! Worst behavior- wonder if they even got any training. They were goofing off behind the counter. Then never said thank you or even looked you in the eye during the ordering process. The cash register gal was the worst! Didn't fill my cup up all the way and when I asked her if she could fill it she was snotty and walked away. It was like you were bothering them. Food tasted like it was old. Hope I don't get sick.

Went here with a friend after doing some excessive shopping. We were starving at that time. We went in line and my friend wanted a steak quesadilla. However, they do not make steak quesadillas on the line so, she was forced to order it online. The wait was supposed to be 10 minutes. After 15 minutes, she went up to the counter and it had yet to be made. 22 minutes later she finally got her food. I ordered a barbacoa burrito and they have such small portions and didn’t give me any toppings. They were also so rude and demanding for no reason. Next time you wanna go to this chipotle, i’d think twice. Thank you for reading this lovely review!

If I could, I would have given 0 stars. This place is the most pathetic chipotle of chipotles. The quality of the food is RUBBISH! The quantity of the food is lower than bare minimum. I guess the server was afraid that she/he (experienced multiple times) might put a lot of food in my bowl and I might not be able to finish it. WORST! Edit : they’re better now

They upped their prices and they wanna be stingy for the scoops? The girl put a sad half scoop of rice in the burrito. When asked if we can get a bit more, they all gave us attitude. The girl with the glasses does not know how to even roll a burrito. Our burritos comes apart easily Unprofessional workers here as well.

I can only agree with the people 2-3 month before me. Service is sub par, half the people behind the counter actually work. The rest just stand around and look, does not contribute to the service. When you ask something they start yelling their answers louder.. Point is, do not get quesadilla here, for whatever reason they don’t serve it as other Chipotle does.

Mm… chipotle has gone complacent… Higher prices, worse food and service… Let the core audience alienation begin.

Never get Quesdillas here. They’re small in portion and don’t serve the same as other chipotles. I literally have asked them to get me two chicken quesdillas but they got me two taco pieces. Service was meh! I love chipotle and this is my least favorite location.

If you wanted to go to the worst Chipotle in the USA, then this is the place for you. They never open on time. The notoriously rude manager opens this location between 11:30 and noon, when their scheduled time is supposed to be 10am. The people working there look miserable. Although, I would be miserable too if I had this girl as my manager. They leave the chips in large bins on the counter top where anyone with an infectious disease can cough, spit or sneeze on them. Seriously…run from this place.

Never order a Quesadilla here! They give you a taco size something and call it Quesadilla.. They were extremely rude when I asked them about the size..and they said that the normal size of Quesadilla is just for online orders…joke. They are so slow, nobody knows what they need to do. Half of the team is just looking around and not doing anything.

Just finished a disappointing chicken bowl. It was my first meal of the day, so I powered through cus I was so hungry, but the rice had a plastic texture and was so chewy, topped off with chewy, dry, burnt chicken pieces. My jaw hurts. At first I was grateful for the healing guac portion I got, but it was only cus half of an unmashed, hard as wood, avocado was hidden beneath it. Not to mention the measly rice portion. I’ve worked at a few chipotle stores myself and this just wasn’t it.

No one knows what he/she is doing there. I had served by a lady that start arguing with me after I asked her to add more guacamole since I saw her putting half a spoon in reverse I was told that it will be an extra charge. I honestly don’t care what they charge for guacamole, but when I asked her how much is the guacamole, she replied $2.80, and that’s for half a spoon. There was something wrong there, it seemed they don’t care, because it was before closing. They are robbers, and will never ever buy from them again. P.S. my son’s bowl was half empty and left hungry. Don’t waste your money!!!

Cashier refused to take cash because she said she “couldn’t make change”. This is an absolute joke. It was a 13 dollar bill and we were paying with a 20. Unacceptable. There was no warning about card only or no cash.

5/20/23...My son thought Chipotle sounded good for lunch so that's what he went with. He commented on how skimpy the chicken was & he was right. He enjoyed what he got though.

It’s the worst chipotle I’ve been to! Their portions are a joke, and they don’t listen to you when you are ordering. Spend your money elsewhere!

I never liked this Chipotle to begin with, but there are very limited options when you work at the mall. The service has only been good one time ever. This time was so bad I had to write a review. I placed an online order around 2 pm for my order to be picked up at 4 pm. First off, the girl told me my order wasn’t ready, causing me to wait 5 extra minutes. Then when I get my food, I could clearly tell this was made when I ordered it because it was cold and already stale. I will always say this is the worst Chipotle to go to.

No black beans. Portion is less.

11/12/22 at 10:15am - They don’t open until 10:45/11 even though their voicemail and google state otherwise “due to Covid”. Spoke to the gentlemen up front why they can’t tell their supervisor to make that change and he said it’s “corporate policy” and that he’s unable to relay thst suggestion to his boss….. not sure if he was high or just sleepy but that makes absolutely no sense. Writing this to save you a trip. You’re welcome

I tried the new garlic steak... As you can see the napkins in the lid. I had to spit out 5 piece's of tough gristle meat! $12 . Never again.. terrible

I came in and. I ask for a bowl burrito. The lady who took care of me. Was very. Rude and I ask for more steak. And. Beans she dint load. The spoon of the bean enough and she was very tacky and she had bad customer service. I come to the cashier. She. Was upset I don't know why or to who but she was mean. And. Iask for my receipt because she dint want to give it to me. And gave me. A dirty look . Such a bad experience and the food. Has. Alot of fat literally $4.10. You expect a decent amount of clean steak. Not some low quality food...

I work at woodfield and I always get this chipotle and the employee are always really nice and helpful. The person who wore braids today was super sweet and was especially helpful!! This is honestly the best chipotle staff I've ever experienced and I hope they get the praise they deserve. <3 :))
