First time getting acupuncture. Dr Brewer was great. Went over why I'm not able to sleep through the night, explained process of acupuncture. He's easy to talk to. Made recommendations for me. I'll have 3 sessions of acupuncture, hoping it works! Didn't realize how many different services they offer at this office.

I was a,little hesitant truth be told, bad syatic for quiet a while couldn't walk long distance, in lots of pain...found this place by accident and omg its been the best find....the staff is professional, personable,very pleasant atmosphere, it's been just a,few weeks and I feel a diffence ....pain has subsided....very pleased ...thank you !!

Everyone at the facility is warm and welcoming. I always feel like it is a time to visit with a friend or cousin I have not seen and play catch up while getting adjusted. Dr. Bruer, Roy and Michelle are awesome.

Dr. Lorenz has superpowers! Kidding aside, Dr. Lorenz is a good listener, compassionate, and has high integrity. He is an effective Naprapath. I was having some pain, impingement, and limited range of motion in my right shoulder. With his “magic hands” he improved the issue significantly and I was able to resume my weight lifting. I now go to him at least a couple of time a month for regular “tune-ups”. Initially I went to him for about 5-6 visit to get the issue under control. My brother is now also seeing him and loves how he feels. I highly recommend Dr. Lorenz. What are you still doing reading, call and make an appointment now?!

Fred is an extremely professional and thorough massage therapist. He worked out my pain points very well and I felt super relaxed after - highly recommend.

I began training for the Chicago marathon, and started experiencing leg (IT band) pain to the point where I didn't know if I was going to even make it to the starting line. Roy and Dr. Brewer were especially helpful in diagnosing and treating this problem (and the other specific leg/knee/foot pain!) that came up throughout training. This helped me stay on top of my training runs and recover from tougher workouts. Not only was I able to get to the starting line, but also to the finish line in a much better than expected time! Appointments were easy to schedule each week and the whole office/front desk team were extremely nice. Highly recommend Health First for your PT/Chiropractic needs.

My experience at Health First Wellness Center was absolutely fantastic. Dr. Eric is a wonderful chiropractor and helped me reach my goal of wellness with compassion and patience. Lisa was my physical therapist and I couldn't have had a better more knowledgeable person to help me through my exercises. I met Dr. Dustin before leaving who was also very patient, knowledgeable and kind-hearted. Other amazing people at Health First include Roy another excellent physical therapist, Cassandra the receptionist and Alyssa the nurse practitioner. Not enough chiropractic care on site. Physical therapy is awesome. If looking for consistent chiropractic care this is not the best option! Otherwise awesome great people for physical therapy!!!

I received a trigger point massage from Fred who did an amazing job. He found all the knots in my muscles and worked them out. I feel much better.

I get chiro, PT and massage services here. They are very nice and professional, what is best is that they are always willing to work with me and my insurance to get the most out of my buck! 10 stars!

Crystal is the best massage therapist in the northwest suburbs!!! Yes I said the Best !!! She is always on time , attentive and sincerely cares about your needs. I always leave with a smile on my face and feeling totally relaxed and refreshed ! She is in Schaumburg and easy to get to .
