    I am sorry to admit that this hospital I once loved has sunk so deep. Rude behavior, mostly by nurses, has seem to be spreading like an oil-stain. I really believe these have been hard times during the pandemic but the decline started way before. Of course there are still the odd friendly nurses but it must be hard for them if 95% of your colleagues display their contempt for patients so openly and get away with it. Some people just need to exercise their moment of power over another human being at the other's cost, probably because someone else was rude to them similar to what happens with bullied kids. Very sad indeed. Besides this, there is also lack of quality control. Doctors are in fact autonomous here and it seems they are only interested in their own business. This all leading to conflicts of interest and bad communication between departments. I truly hope that the "Ombudsman", unlike until recently, really takes action instead of redirecting complaints or try to cover themselves through their insurance company whenever they feel cornered.

No pharmacy during the night and which is a laughter and shame for such a big hospital in a developed city.
