My review for this restaurant is only with 1 start. If I could give less I would do it, unfortunately that is not possible. My overall experience is related to their poor customer service. I have ordered from them three times for the past month and every time my order is incomplete. Due to the fact that they use intermediary company for the final delivery they always blame it on them. When you try to contact them and request information about your purchase Wayback Burgers always says they cannot do anything and do not know how did it happen! I am fed up with their attitude and recommend anyone who wants to receive their order on time and complete not to use the services of Wayback!

I order dine in and received the order in a paper bag. I asked not to have a drink and was given a drink. The Electronic banking machine was not working. The fries seemed to be under cooked and I asked for tomato sauce with the fries and received mayo. The burger was ok however a little greasy. Would not go back.

Very delicious burger. Many options on the menu. And very spacious area to eat your burger. There’s always a table available. Prices are fair and according to what you get. Service however is beyond terrible. I’d even call the cashier/waiter rude rather than friendly and hospitality minded. Next time I’ll have my burger as a take-away! Edited info: the not so hospitality minded Calvyn was the least friendliest. When ordering he wasn’t welcoming and not patient at all. The order had to be quick and once ordered I had to move to the side so that my friend could order his burger (but we were paying together). It was just beyond rude! The waiter seemed stressed and not enjoying his job at all. When he delivered burgers upstairs he screamed a name. No single person replied (he was screaming the wrong name). As nobody replied he shouted something and his body language and words he used were too much for me. You can’t shout in a restaurant when you can’t seem to find the right person who ordered the burgers. The guy is all over the place and too loud. Very annoying. Before we left we ordered a milkshake. He didn’t care at all as he let his colleague make two different milkshakes than the ones we ordered. He even complained how tired he was when I ordered. He wanted to go to bed. Well, if I can give you one advice - let him sleep and don’t let him come back to serve guests who are at your restaurant to get the best burgers AND service. Very disappointed in the service provided!

Badly managed place, staff doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. One of them is even constantly whipping her running nose with her bare fingers while serving. Classic burger was lacking the promised ingredients.

Always fresh and tasty burgers. I like coming there. Friendly staff that explains everything patiently.

The Big Easy Burger was too spicy, cannot believe this was just spicy pepper jack cheese and remouladesaus sauce. Also, the Cajun Tator Tots are just regular Tator Tots sprinkeled with Cajun spices. Not the best experience I've had at Wayback.

The chili cheese fries are the perfect pick-me-up after a day of work. The staff is always friendly, helpful and speedy with preparing my order so I can catch my train on time. The establishment is also well-kept.

Really good and tasty burgers and side dishes! Very friendly staff, despite it was near closing time at night. I think price is fair for the quality of food and service. Place was quiet, not busy, because it was late at night. It was a great decision to go there to have something to bite! And so, because it was recommended by one of our people. You should, at least, give a try; you won't be sorry!

A must try burger place near the station in Breda. The atmosphere is modern and the restaurant is large, so it's never full and there is always a free table. I have tried the Classic, Buffalo chicken and Chicken BLT burgers. I can recommend them all!

The burgers are great, fries are good. I like the kitchen. But 2,50 for a 25cl drink is a lot. At least get full sized cans.

I was curious on their burgers but it turned up impossible to order online. Cancelled twice after order in last two days. Maybe have to give a try on spot, but as for delivery..it's frustrating with these guys.
