Very bad. When we entered to a restaurant, no one greeting us. They just ask if we have a reservation. They gave us a menu and left us without asking what we wanted to drink. After 15 minutes, they returned and asked if we had already decided what we wanted to eat. We ordered tomato soup and the portions of the soup were like for a 5-year-old child. We were not in the mood to eat more. Unprofessional! Thank you, but we will never come back to this restaurant

Food was extremely greasy (I am used to Turkish food, this was something else), see the photo yourself. After 2 hours I still have stomach ache. Firstly I ordered "Mercimek soup", it was cold and tasted like they used ketchup (?!) as ingredient. After that I asked for "Icli kofte". It looked like a "Icli kofte" but certainly it isn't. If you serve this "Icli kofte" at its city of origin, I am sure they will make "Icli kofte" out of you. Then came the bomb, "kusbasili pide". Grease was dripping from the bread and it looked like (also tasted like) dipped into probably days old oil/fat/grease. I prefer starving to go there one more time.

I travel extensively and I eat all sort of food, Turkish cuisine being one of my favorites. I picked up this restaurant because google advertised it as the "best Turkish restaurant in the Netherlands". I guess I was too excited that I forgot that the the average dutch people are not known to have an exigent palais, hence the reference to the "best in the country" wasn't ethically appropriate not reassuring. I ordered an Iskender, that turned out to be a bland dish of cheap reconstituted kebab meat, laying on soggy white dutch bread (no pita bread nor grilled bread cubes), and the yogurt, served aside, contained zero garlic. The famous green charred pepper, served with almost all Turkish dishes, was an dull sweet pepper instead of the Classic chili pepper. I left the place with a certain disappointment, but it's surely my fault and my Mediterranean DNA who can't appreciate the effort of business owners to downgrade a rich, flavorful, traditional cuisine to the dutch taste.

Is a nice place to eat. I personally just didn't like the food that much. Everything had its own taste but it didn't work together. The taste of the chicken, fries and salad didn't compliment each other. However the service was really good. I took a meal they actually don't serve before 5 pm but they still did after I requested. The guy serving was really friendly and even came to ask if everything was to my liking. The atmosphere was dark and claustrophobic because everything was so close and tightly put together. I will definitely give it another try some other time ☺️.

This plaxe used to have much better food for modest prices. Now it serves very bad Turkish food. Even the simplest dishes are made very poorly with insufficient ingredients. Also very expensive. Bread and cheese from the next door Albert Heijn would be a more satisfying meal than what you would get here.

The atmosphere is good service was fast. There were some nice starters like butter and bread. However, foods were not very delicious, souce was very spicy and meat was hard. Prices were also expensive. Overall, we did not satisfied. Not recommended.

Second time to have bad experience about the food quality and taste as requested well done steak but got rare then asked again to make it well done but got it not well done again. Really frustrated as also staff was rude, I’ll never repeat my visit.

The food was ok? Definitely not the best Turkish food in Breda; my chicken was flavorless and my wife's eskander donar dish looked like Mexican chilaquiles (I'm Mexican) and tasted like beef tomato soup. Maybe the best Turkish food on that street. When we asked for more hot water for our mint tea they told us they would charge us for another tea. In other places they never did that. When we asked for tap water they told us that is free only when wine is order. I guess they are having water shortage. I don't want to imagine with what they wash their dishes.

Nice place very cosy sphere for the decoration, food was good and prices are correct; only one problem is the timing for the plats: the dishes I wanted to order ( that I saw in photos on google ) were to be ordered only after 16h00, so we were left with only few choices (pizzas) and nothing is due for children. Drinks were a bit expensive but I understand that for a restaurant. Staff was very friendly.

Pretty good place, we come here somewhat regularly. Nice staff, very low rotation apparently because we recognize all of the waitresses. Food is good although I would recommend the typical Turkish dishes most - steak/tenderloin is not their specialty.

👍👍 It is a very nice place, I've been here multiple times for celebrations. It is closed right now due to Corana but they are holding the vaccine there 😁.

😠 I ate here with a large group of friends some ordered pizza some pasta me and my boyfriend took both pasta and we decided to also share a pizza on top cause we couldn’t choose. I can speak for at least half of our group that the food was extremely mediocre. 13€ for pasta that literally had no taste!...
