I definitely do not recommend staying here the staff are absolutely horrendous. They are really threatening and abusive. Literally my wife is pregnant. She has been throwing up non-stop. They have been badgering us saying they do not care last night. We were asleep fast asleep and a Jacuzzi came on by self. It was absolutely horrendous. It was the worst noise possible and we had to be awakened by this noise. the staff member mark and the staff member Fabiana are the worst members of staff, I have ever experienced in my life. Below is a picture of Mark, who has barged into a room and does not leave and says he wants to watch us pack. This is the worst experience i have ever been through in my life.

Carpets are so nasty. There was an old sock left in the corner of the room and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Will never stay there again and definitely don't recommend it to anyone

Small but adequate sauna, 3 sauna’s and a pool with beds, small restaurant. Does the job just fine, quite quiet and relaxing to spend time in.

The hotel room has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. We booked a junior suite. Everything in the room was dirty and old. Stains on walls and chair. We asked to be switched to a cleaner room and the second room we were shown was equally dirty. It was so disgusting we ended up having to look for another hotel. We lost over $600 because the hotel refused to give us our money back. The area I around the toilet was stained. The bathroom sink was stained and cracked. Soap scum lined the wall and area around entire backside of shower. The carpet was torn and stained. Around the coffee maker was unsanitary. We complained downstairs and the employee acknowledged how filthy our room was. I showed the two staff people the photos I took of our room and they both couldn’t believe it either. The woman on duty showed us the other room and after we saw it and complained, she agreed it was also dirty. She asked me to send her photos of our room so she could show management however refused to help us or return our money. I can’t believe the alternative room shown to us was equally bad. It is now midnight and we are scrambling to find a new hotel. Be wise and avoid this place.

Good location, friendly staff, clean. Small TV, no toothpaste/toothbrush available and no option to buy it. Gym is open 24x7.

Extremely soft beds, plenty pillows, room is large, minor repairs required but most hotels have the similar issues. Not much space for clothing plenty rail space ( only 5 hangers) but no shelves or drawers. Good size fridge which is quiet, coffee machine (dirty) and kettle. Whole room could use a deep clean; tiles, bed frame, curtains

The rooms were not to the standard with almost like bare minimum provision in room. The restaurant had the slowest service in my entire living experience of eating out. Okay and I have to say while they try to be eco-friendly, having plastic glasses in rooms instead of glass glasses... not a very ecologically smart idea Wellness facilities in the hotel are decent and no worries there ... it was enjoyable completely

I stayed there for one night stop over. I have to say the room was awful. There were stains all over the carpet, the bathroom was dirty and the room was cold! The guy at reception at check in failed to provide us with any information and we had to ask him what time breakfast was, where the room was and they even tried to charge us for a late checkout even though we checked out before 11am! The breakfast was the only saving grace. Needless to say I won’t be staying there again.

Not recommended for tourist visit, good for company meetings, no place to go

This hotel was beautiful, our room was beautiful, big and clean. It had a king sized bed, a safe, a fridge, a coffee maker, no decaf coffee and no microwave. The service, we thought was great at first because Susan was there on our first night, she was so friendly and great! After that, the lady at the breakfast place seemed grumpy, not sure if it was a language barrier but no smile or anything, almost looked like she didn't want to be there. I called reception once to ask if they had any suggestions for parking in Amsterdam because we were going to visit. In broken English he said no I don't live there, then I said "Oh you don't have any recommendations for tourists?", to which he could have simply said no sorry or try Trip Advisor.... but he HUNG UP ON ME! Wow. I didn't think hotel employees were even allowed to be that rude. I give a 0/5 for customer service for that alone. The gym was tiny, no treadmill, only an elliptical and 2 other machines. The water was empty, I tried to take the bottle out and put in a new one but there was none so that was disappointing. I went to go tell the staff at reception but he was busy with customers and I didn't have time to wait. Also there is nothing to wipe down your machines with. Usually you have a spray bottle or some sanitizing wipes but there was nothing! I found that horrendous especially after we went through covid! So that was disgusting. The spa, it's very expensive. 15 euros per person per day, my spouse found a sale online for 19 euros for 2 people. They offered to sell us a bathrobe and flip flops for a price. The flip flops were 9 euros! We went to a local store called Action, flip flops are 1.25 euros! Fyi- No bathing suits allowed, it's a Dutch spa. They have a swimming pool, which was not freezing so it was good, a jacuzzi or hot tub but it seemed a bit cold like only 40 degrees Celsius, they have 2 saunas, one wasn't hot at all, a steam room, a foot bath, infrared lamps and a room where you put salt on your body and rinse it off (never seen that before). We tried the breakfast buffet, it was 15 euros each, it was ok food but it wasn't worth 15 euros, maybe 9 or 10 euros. They had eggs, bacon, pancakes, bread, fruit, cold cuts, cheese, 2 different juices, any coffee or tea you want, Dutch bakery with jams and peanut butter. Location was great as it was only 3 minutes away from our business meeting. Free parking and free wifi, which we appreciate.

Room was a bit dirty, leaky shower head and weird marks in toilet, bathtub and sink. Also they removed the fridge so there is a big hole, and they wouldn't move me to a room with a fridge or bring one up. Check before if you need one.

Would strongly advice not to go here if there are other options. Fletcher hotel trivium managed to charge me twice. Despite calling them, where they acknowledged their mistake, they have failed to return me my money, answer my emails or pick up my phone calls. @fletcherhoteltrivium, is this one night fare really worth it for you to become known as scammers?

No air conditioning, poor room service. Swimming pool not included in price.

Expensive for what they give you, definitely not a 4 star experience.l as they claim. Also the breakfast never changes and stays the same. What was nice is they had a coffee machine in the room and kept restocking it tho.

The room was not as expected. Quite old and dirty. Breakfast was good 👍

Nice big room, shower and bath available. Good restaurant. The only negative I have is that the room was dated, wallpaper old and torn, sink broken, carpet filthy. The room could do with a make over. The rest of the hotel looked nice though!

I tried to cancel before the deadline for this, however, the staff was very rude on the phone. They sent me to booking.com when I actually booked on their website, and then booking.com told me to speak to the hotel itself but they went ahead and sent me to booking.com again? HORRIBLE and unprofessional, and now I have to pay full price cause they stopped responding and the deadline passed

👍 Nice area for walking, very child friendly. Even the smallest can roam in the grass, fenced and safe. Service a tad slow, but nice to enjoy the time when kids are busy playing.
