This
hotel
was
beautiful,
our
room
was
beautiful,
big
and
clean.
It
had
a
king
sized
bed,
a
safe,
a
fridge,
a
coffee
maker,
no
decaf
coffee
and
no
microwave.
The
service,
we
thought
was
great
at
first
because
Susan
was
there
on
our
first
night,
she
was
so
friendly
and
great!
After
that,
the
lady
at
the
breakfast
place
seemed
grumpy,
not
sure
if
it
was
a
language
barrier
but
no
smile
or
anything,
almost
looked
like
she
didn't
want
to
be
there.
I
called
reception
once
to
ask
if
they
had
any
suggestions
for
parking
in
Amsterdam
because
we
were
going
to
visit.
In
broken
English
he
said
no
I
don't
live
there,
then
I
said
"Oh
you
don't
have
any
recommendations
for
tourists?",
to
which
he
could
have
simply
said
no
sorry
or
try
Trip
Advisor....
but
he
HUNG
UP
ON
ME!
Wow.
I
didn't
think
hotel
employees
were
even
allowed
to
be
that
rude.
I
give
a
0/5
for
customer
service
for
that
alone.
The
gym
was
tiny,
no
treadmill,
only
an
elliptical
and
2
other
machines.
The
water
was
empty,
I
tried
to
take
the
bottle
out
and
put
in
a
new
one
but
there
was
none
so
that
was
disappointing.
I
went
to
go
tell
the
staff
at
reception
but
he
was
busy
with
customers
and
I
didn't
have
time
to
wait.
Also
there
is
nothing
to
wipe
down
your
machines
with.
Usually
you
have
a
spray
bottle
or
some
sanitizing
wipes
but
there
was
nothing!
I
found
that
horrendous
especially
after
we
went
through
covid!
So
that
was
disgusting.
The
spa,
it's
very
expensive.
15
euros
per
person
per
day,
my
spouse
found
a
sale
online
for
19
euros
for
2
people.
They
offered
to
sell
us
a
bathrobe
and
flip
flops
for
a
price.
The
flip
flops
were
9
euros!
We
went
to
a
local
store
called
Action,
flip
flops
are
1.25
euros!
Fyi-
No
bathing
suits
allowed,
it's
a
Dutch
spa.
They
have
a
swimming
pool,
which
was
not
freezing
so
it
was
good,
a
jacuzzi
or
hot
tub
but
it
seemed
a
bit
cold
like
only
40
degrees
Celsius,
they
have
2
saunas,
one
wasn't
hot
at
all,
a
steam
room,
a
foot
bath,
infrared
lamps
and
a
room
where
you
put
salt
on
your
body
and
rinse
it
off
(never
seen
that
before).
We
tried
the
breakfast
buffet,
it
was
15
euros
each,
it
was
ok
food
but
it
wasn't
worth
15
euros,
maybe
9
or
10
euros.
They
had
eggs,
bacon,
pancakes,
bread,
fruit,
cold
cuts,
cheese,
2
different
juices,
any
coffee
or
tea
you
want,
Dutch
bakery
with
jams
and
peanut
butter.
Location
was
great
as
it
was
only
3
minutes
away
from
our
business
meeting.
Free
parking
and
free
wifi,
which
we
appreciate.
