Worst
experience
ever
with
unfriendly
amateuristic
staff
Today
we
decided
to
go
for
a
beer
in
de
Beren
before
going
to
movies
in
Kinepolis.
There
was
not
a
big
queue
at
the
entrance,
but
staff
and
manager
seems
to
ignored
us
for
10
minutes
while
we
were
standing
and
waiting
for
being
seated.
After
10
minutes
manager
finally
talked
to
us
and
said
that
all
tables
are
booked
and
we
can
grab
some
beer
at
the
bar.
At
the
bar
all
waiters
just
passed
us
and
did
not
react
when
I
raised
a
hand
and
tried
to
call
them.
In
the
end
we
found
a
table,
which
was
dirty
from
previous
visitors
and
found
ourselves
menu.
In
10
minutes
again
no
waiter
talked
to
us,
so
we
stood
up
and
stopped
a
waiter
which
was
passing
our
table
(brunette
girl
with
no
name
tag).
We
asked
for
two
special
beers
and
instead
of
taking
order,
waiter
replied:
Do
you
know
what
special
beer
is?
We
were
already
annoyed
and
said
that
we
know
what
we
wanted
and
asked
again
for
two
beers.
Again,
instead
of
taking
an
order
or
apologising
for
not
cleaning
the
table,
a
waitress
said
that
all
tables
are
booked
and
we
cant
seat
there.
We
decided
to
just
leave
because
level
of
service
was
just
unspeakable.
To
make
it
even
more
hilarious,
after
we
went
out,
this
waitress
ran
after
us
shouting
that
we
must
pay
the
bill.
Apparently,
she
not
only
could
not
take
the
order
normally
but
also
mistook
us
with
previous
guests
who
left
table
before
us
and
demanded
us
to
buy
for
their
bill.
I
am
usually
quite
patient
with
restaurants
and
cafes,
but
this
total
lack
of
any
skills
can
kill
all
experience.
Maybe
food
is
good
at
this
place,
but
with
this
level
of
service
I
had
no
chance
to
try
it
and
had
to
spend
my
time
explaining
how
unprofessional
whole
attitude
of
staff
in
de
Beren
is.
So,
I
do
not
recomend
this
place
as
long
as
staff
is
lacking
any
training
and
social
skills.
Very
amateuristic
attitude.
