Went to the store during business hours and was not open. Just bikes piled up and no one was inside.

Very bad hygiene. Flies everywhere. The cook used the same pizza cutter for all pizzas (cross contamination?!). Never buying pizzas here again.

On Fridays at the end of the shift its usually getting pretty busy. However, a guy named Luca he is super helpful and supportive trying to push as much ordered as he could in very respectful way. This is highly appreciated and it really made my experience great with this branch !

Really good, the cheese pizza (1kg) needs more flavour. The shwarma needs more meat but overall still good pizzas. Easy to order over the phone and pick up. Very welcoming staff.

Generally slow delivery, and the pizzas are never more than "okay" in quality. One experience: We are <400m away from this location, and the pizza arrived a good bit more than an hour and a half after the order. When it did arrive, it was completely incorrect, despite the receipt given with it being correct. At least the manager granted us a free pizza the next time. Order from somewhere else.

Saturday night we ordered our pizzas at 21:27 and did not get them until just before midnight! After an hour or so we called them and explained we couldn't track the pizzas as it said the drivers GPS wasn't working. Turns out they don't use this feature anymore but yet stil have a link to this tracking feature from the email confrimation of purchase. Called around 4 times and kept getting told it was 2 minutes away, then that apparently the driver called us when he was outside our appartment and that we didn't pick up (we had no missed calls), then that they would bring the cold pizzas, then that the pizzas were in the oven and seems like they were never made in the first place!! Eventually we got them after one of the workers drove the pizzas to us instead of sending a delivery person on a bike (only good part). After all that the pizzas weren't even that great!

I had the worst Dominos experience today. I ordered regularly from Dominos Netherlands and hence was a profitable customer for them but after today I swear I will never order from Dominos again. The delivery driver who delivered my pizza today was so extremely rude and sarcastic! I collect my pizza outside my apartment building and when I got outside to collect it, I said to the delivery guy "Helloo" in a very cheery voice and...He just ignored me completely when I was standing right in front of him. I jokingly said to him, you don't really like to say hello to people, do you? He then shouted out my address to confirm it was indeed me. I thought probably he was tired and I give him a tip as well and added "i'm a nice person" while tipping him. He then had enough guts to tell me while going away "enjoy your meal, nice person" in a horrible sarcastic tone. It is absolutely certain that this happened because I'm neither Dutch nor white. What's so sad is that even a pizza delivery guy can have such horrible attitude towards customer who tip him! If they can treat someone who orders often from here with so much hate and disrespect, it can happen to anyone. I've taken the pledge to never order from Dominos here in Breda or Netherlands again after this experience and if you're an international I would advice you to reconsider from ordering here as well!
