I
came
to
the
GP
clinic
at
4.30pm,
and
was
told
by
the
receptionist
(middle
aged,
blonde
lady,
wears
spectacle)
that
the
clinic
was
closed
even
though
the
clinic
official
closing
time
is
5pm.
She
said
to
me
“why
do
you
have
to
come
at
4.30pm?”,
as
I
quote.
She
told
us
to
go
to
the
A&E,
and
A&E
redirected
us
back
to
the
GP
clinic.
She
was
surprised
that
we
came
back
to
the
clinic
and
said
“
I
don’t
understand
why
are
you
even
back
here”.
When
we
told
her
that
A&E
redirected
us
to
the
clinic,
she
kept
quiet.
When
I
was
tearing
up
due
to
a
pain
from
an
infection
and
asked
her
where
else
can
I
find
a
doctor,
she
mentioned
to
me
“I
am
very
busy
right
now’.
She
was
sitting
on
her
desk,
doing
administrative
work
the
whole
time.
When
I
wanted
to
wait
in
the
clinic
for
the
evening
shift
of
emergency
GP,
she
told
me
to
not
linger
near
the
clinic
for
too
long
as
a
lot
of
people
will
be
coming
in
and
out
of
the
clinic.
I
just
wanted
to
sit
on
a
chair,
as
I
was
in
pain
and
panicking.
There
were
less
than
10
people
who
came
in
and
out
of
the
clinic.
Isn’t
healthcare
a
basic
right
to
every
individual?
Or
is
ending
work
on
time
at
5pm
more
important
than
helping
a
desperate
patient
in
a
hospital?
