    1,5 jaar geleden begonnen met sporten bij Nathalie vanwege bekkenklachten na mijn zwangerschap. Het eerste halfjaar gefocust hierop en erna toch maar aan de slag met de overtollige kilo’s. Nathalie heeft mij geweldig ondersteund en gemotiveerd hierbij. Iedere week wegen en sporten. Het resultaat; 15 kilo kwijt en een sterk lijf!

    I started training with Nathalie after 3 pregnancies and what a relief. Nathalie has a lot of knowledge and I learned to use muscle groups that I had neglected for years. Even when I was taking classes at the gym. My pelvic complaints went away and I am getting stronger overall. Nathalie provides a lot of personal attention, both during personal training and in small groups. She always has a solution if an exercise is not possible for some reason, but she continues to challenge me to become stronger. And it's also fun to exercise and it's nice to exercise together with a group of women.

    Nathalie is much more than just a personal trainer. She encourages me to get the best out of myself, comes up with alternatives if the exercise does not feel comfortable and has great patience with all my injuries. Since I started training with her, my body has become much stronger and my complaints have reduced!     Ik ben heel blij met Nathalie! Vanwege bekkenklachten en diastase was ik op zoek naar een manier van sporten die verantwoord is, en iemand die echt 1 op 1 mee kon kijken bij hoe ik dat dan uitvoer. Ik was al bij twee bekkentherapeuten geweest en tijdens mijn zwangerschap ook bij specifieke groepslessen. Bij Eat Lift Love is het echt afgestemd op wat jouw lijf op dat moment aan kan. Na 12 weken personal training bij Nathalie heb ik weer vertrouwen in mijn lichaam.
