    My wife saw a post from Dana on LinkedIn. The word back training triggered her. My back gave me a lot of pain. Stiffness, pain when standing up. The first time with Dana and the practice week afterward gave me relief. Dana was also very clear. She can't do this alone and I had to practice every day. Dana is cheerful and very knowledgeable when it comes to a straight back, posture and breathing properly. It is a pleasure to work with her.     I am almost 72 and still feel fit and flexible. Pilates class is quite tough, but super good for your posture and it keeps your joints flexible. It is mainly core training, or in other words, back training! All muscles and intercostal muscles are covered! Dana gives very varied lessons! I've been taking lessons for years and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. My body is doing well!
