We
booked
direct
to
bring
our
own
touring
caravan.
In
advance
Duinrell
posted
to
us
our
passes
to
attach
photos
to,
codes
to
get
access
to
the
pools
and
directions
to
our
pitch.
This
all
worked
well
and
meant
we
could
drive
straight
to
our
pitch
on
arrival.
We
were
in
Romantisch
Kamp.
Pitches
were
quite
dusty
but
then
there
had
been
a
lack
of
rain
for
weeks
across
Europe
before
our
visit.
The
facilities
block
was
excellent
and
seemed
to
have
a
dedicated
cleaner
for
the
entire
day
which
you
don't
see
usually.
Had
a
seperate
indoor
room
for
chemical
toilet,
a
laundry
room
and
even
a
special
area
for
children
with
elevated
showers
and
baths.
Adults
showers
very
spacious
cubicles
miles
better
than
most
sites.
The
indoor
tiki
pool
has
some
of
the
beat
slides
experienced,
with
some
really
fast,
some
in
the
dark,
some
on
inflatables
etc.
Also
two
dedicated
areas
for
children.
The
main
pool
also
has
a
wave
machine.
The
outdoor
pool
has
less
exciting
slides
but
they
do
have
some
and
a
spacious
pool
which
is
better
for
actually
swimming.
I'd
recommend
first
thing
(10am)
for
the
indoor
pool
to
reduce
queuing
times.
The
theme
park
rides
are
generally
very
good.
Perhaps
some
clearer
maps
and
signs
would
help
a
little
as
some
bits
are
not
as
obvious
to
find.
The
queues
for
rides
were
good
compared
to
many
theme
parks,
worst
was
around
20
mins
but
usually
less
than
that.
We
were
unable
to
book
any
of
the
activities
on
their
website,
and
visited
reception
and
the
staff
there
were
useless,
said
they
didn't
know
and
appeared
to
have
zero
inclination
to
try
and
help
or
find
out
how
to.
This
was
a
minor
irritation
as
only
a
few
activities
said
booking
required.
The
shop
on
site
is
well
stocked
but
quite
expensive,
I'd
definitely
recommend
walking
to
the
town
as
it's
only
around
ten
minutes
walk
or
less
to
drive
and
much
cheaper
at
the
shop
called
Jumbo.
It
has
an
underground
car
park
(watch
out
for
height
restriction
in
it
though!).
Overall
I
would
definitely
recommend
and
look
to
return.
I
visited
as
a
family
with
three
kids
aged
under
12
and
there
was
plenty
for
everyone.
Wassenaar
is
a
beautiful
town
as
well.
