We were there this weekend to get sports gear for the summer. Sadly many items were not in stock and quite many shelves and sections were empty. Staff were friendly and apologetic that items were not available, apparently due to supply issues. The play area is good fun and lots of space for the kids to run around outside.

Most of the times items i want are not on stock, this is not new, this is alrady going on for two years now. Mainly bodybuilding and fitness items

Excellent customer service once I was able to find a person to help me. I needed help getting the right size bed for my tent. So thankful they had English speaking staff.

Very extensive collection of sports wear, accessories and bikes.The location is apt as well as it is near the movie hall and entertain centre.The bike service guys are more than cooperative and friendly,however for major issues prior appointment is required.Overall a good experience and a must visit.

Impressive...personal next day delivery !!! The order was delivered within 24 hrs after ordering. Such a positive customer experience. Creative thinking during this Covid lockdown and receiving the delivery as promised (which is not a common thing these days) !

They barely have any bikes save for sportbikes, the parking lot is awful when busy because they follow the American model, clothing sizes can be a little unclear because it's all jumbled together and there's not enough staff there if you have questions. I preferred the decathlon when it was in the centre and it was a regular and proper store. It took a nosedive in quality when it went to the brepark area.

Bad customer service, the employees spending them time chatting and laughing and when I asked for some help they sent me back to the service desk where also no one was there ..

Just ordered a cheap basketball to play with my dog! It came the next day and did not expect it to have a full on hand written note thanking me for my small purchase. I appreciate who ever took the time to write the kind note even though I didn’t even spend more than 10 euros. Great way to stand out by adding this personalized touch!

My deep and honest appreciation for the close support for the sisters from running department, I mainly talked with Dorien. I had an after sales issue with my watch and their answer and support was outstanding. I was impressed for all the concern from Dorien in order that I could get my watch even if Garmin was not providing clear answers. I also worked in Decathlon and know how difficult this must have been. THANKS we need more people like you!

Impossible to make the online afspraak for printing tshirt for a group of people, then wrong info from customer service on the phone asking me to come in the store to make appointment/buy Decathlon tshirts. Very innefficient assistant store manager robotically saying he cannot help as no one is in the wzrkplatz, after 1h bike to come there. Not able even to tell deadlines or what happens exactly.

Bed service Ordered online n said Thursday will arrive,but no, n emailed me said delay can’t arrive,will be next day arrive,didn’t get reason why delay n any apologize! Btw I emailed back n no one answer

I had a huge problem and the manager (guy, big, black hair, with a foreign name can't remember it) was a big help. So far the best help i received at decathlon in different countries and cities . Thanks big guy.

Order waited for longer than a month. (a gift). Finally, get an email, that delivery will be on Saturday, but today is Monday, and the delivery company didn't get any package from Decathlon till now. Never again, or just go directly to the shop.
