It's an okay store and they have quite a lot of stuff, but I went cycling a long way because the Hema nearby didn't have the item I wanted and the site said that this store did have it, but when I arrived they didn't have it and said the site doesn't always get it right. So that was quite a shame. We also ordered some school supplies on Hema.nl once and they said everything would arrive on MONDAY. That was WRONG. They only gave me half of the stuff and the rest arrived later than they said. It's really a shame because I couldn't cover my books anymore.

Has a very large range. There is so much fun, cheerful clothing and underwear available for families with young children. And all for a good price.

This store is relatively small and therefore has a slightly more limited selection. Otherwise great!

It's nice that I no longer have to go to the center for HEMA, but it is now closer. They don't have everything, but they still have quite a few for such a small HEMA. It can be very busy and you will have to queue for quite a long time at the cash register.

Hema valkenietsplein made a return today from the webshop. Was credited back to fine account. But then I went into the store and they talked extensively about my return. Firstly, you can return everything and secondly, it is not appropriate to discuss with the sales staff how and why I returned something. Felt embarrassed and unwanted.

Doesn't find them customer friendly. You are hardly looked at when you enter. Had a question about an article. They didn't have it. I asked, is it still coming in? I don't know what the answer was. That was it. It turned out that when I got home it could simply be ordered via the site.
