This is a wonderful park in Amsterdam south. There are a lot of trees from all around the world. If You come near to the trees You can see a description. There are also some art installations. Nice to have a time out and chill for a while. I like it and will come again!

A beautiful park. Lots of places to sit and relax and take in the lush green views and the water around you. See people doing yoga, picnicers, cyclists, and children playing happily. Definitely one to visit for a lovely tranquil experience.

Phenomenal park with things to do for all sorts of age. Great to take the dogs for a walk and have them off-leash. The park is kept to perfection and there are trees from all over the world. The kids play area is also very nice and with a nice cafe and pool for the summer.

Amsterdam has many beautiful parks, but Beatrixpark is one of the most beautiful. It's a small jewel, with recreation spots for children and families, and also for those who want to just sit in a quiet place and admire the flowers and the wildlife. Unlike some other municipal parks, Beatrixpark never seems to have problems with litter or noise. It may be that it's just far enough from the center to avoid tourists and party-goers. Highly recommended.

Peaceful park and good play area for kids We had a picnic dinner near a fountain and then let our little one play in the sand box for an hour, he loved the digger. Ducks hung out with us and there was a flock of green parakeets that kept surprising us! Would be perfect on a hot day as there is a wading pool perfect for toddlers and young kids.

We loved it here. Away from the tourist-buzz, easily accessible on public transport. A very peaceful oasis.

Such a beautiful (and very clean) park. There are a few attractions within the park with information about the structures but, sadly, it was written in Dutch only. Still an amazing place to chill and enjoy the nature not the middle of the city.

Fantastic and lavish locals park. On my travels to Amsterdam I have managed to spend an entire day in this park before, not something I would usually do. The whole park has something for everyone from a massive botanical garden, €1.40 fresh icecream, an area for kids to pay, countless forest sections and a whole host of other benifits. The most underated park in Amsterdam.

I visited this cool park recently. The best thing about this park is how green and peaceful it is. There are lots of trees and well-kept grass, making it a real chill spot. It wasn't too crowded, so I could actually relax. The park's layout is quite nice with walking paths all around. It's a great place to walk or just sit and enjoy the fresh air. You can bring a blanket and have a little picnic with your friends. To be honest, I couldn't find anything bad to say about this place. It's just an all-around awesome park with no downsides for me. So, if you're in the mood for a laid-back and peaceful time in nature, check out this park. πŸŒ³πŸƒ

Great place for a walk, date or hanging out with friends. Nice open areas for light physical activity (frisbee, badminton) or picnic. Nice views combining water, flowers and art.

A little bit overgrown but so pretty and safe feeling. We watched the gymnaestrada march past and it was so festive.

Another beautiful park in Amsterdam. This one feels a bit secluded with tall growth around the paths.

Nice place to spend an evening or any other part of the day. A lot of spots for dog walking with no leash. Kids playground and a shallow pool could help you to get rid of your kid for at least 20 minutes. Lovely! Barbeque is prohibited, alcohol is allowed

a lovely park with many trees and roads, so it feels even larger than its actual size.

Great place for a walk, especially if you bave a dog. There are some vast areas to put the dog off-leash and play together. Sometimes, people with pets gather around and bring their dogs to play together as well.

Medium-sized park with plenty of walking, you can cover the park within 1 hour or 2 if you walk leisurely. There is a wide open area mostly with dogs (and their owners of course), as well as a big fountain within a lake. Also a small kids' playground.

I would give this place 10 stars. I used to live right next to the park, and although my apartment was small, the park made things a lot brighter. It has a lot of green with beautiful canals, with boats cruising along them. In spring, you can even see some cherry blossoms! The wildlife is so rich, you can commonly see rabbits in spring and summer and the occasional squirrel, as well as a ton of birds and insects. You can see frogs and even, if you go there a lot, turtles. I know this because I saw one in Beatrixpark before. I highly recommend this park in a thousand years.

Big and quiet park around business center. Very nice to walk with huge trees, ponds and channels. There is a playground and lawns. The park is not perfectly manicured but this gives some natural beauty. There are not many bicycles so walking is safe πŸ˜€

Great park! Stumbled upon this gem randomly on my way to a nearby Japanese restaurant, and immediately fell in love. Don't miss the Water Lilly fountain.

It's a beautiful park that's got some great trees which are even labelled for your interest. Not to mention that it has a CafΓ© called Bibi, which is in the middle of the park, and sells delicious coffees and freshly baked patisserie. A great park to get away from the crowds too.

Another perfect park in Amsterdam . Dog friendly so we could take our dog there. Friendly chilled people, plenty of room to allow lots of dogs and very safe, also plenty of room to have a picnic. CleaN, spacious and great coffee and icecream vans. A wonderful place to picnic and spend time in the spring sunshine with friends, family and your dog.
