Nou heeft zij dus een aantal mails gestuurd waar half op gereageerd op word, ze heeft van de diabetes verpleegkundige een nieuwe pompje voor insuline gekregen omdat haar oude verlopen was. Nou heeft ze sinds dien alleen maar problemen met het pompje, dit is vaak aangegeven via mail en het lijkt erop alsof er niet serieus op gereageerd word. Mijn vriendin is hierdoor vaak emotioneel. Hier moet snel verbetering in komen! Dit is onacceptabel want je speelt met iemands leven!!!! Tevens bij m’n vriendin 2x eerder fouten gemaakt, 1 verkeerde ruggenprik!!!!!!! Een langdurige ipv een korte!!! 1 een foto verkeerd gemaakt van haar voet betreft haar hiel, maken ze een foto van haar enkel??? Wat is de logica daarvan???

    Really bad Hospital no service nor respect too patients everything horrible ,my dochter broke hand they say you must call first !!!. Human has broke hand you must call ??!??!?!??! I will never back to you and Ikazia is King Hospital 🏥 high service alot respect to patients 🙏 Really we thank you very much Ikazia Hospital. I advices every one go to Ikazia For help . Here is vietland they not help Humans they are Bad Hospital and dirty. Twan.

    Horrible experience. - We feel not welcome from nurses.😔 - Patient toilet lighting not working .😔 - Dirty visitors’ toilets (no hygiene)😔 - Nurse comes to wife and baby with strong smoking smell😔 - room is not cleaned during the stay😔 - responding to the help request takes so long😔 - baby douche and cleaning is not up to the expected level😔 If there is zero star i would definitely give it to this branch of Franciscus hospital

    Personnel at the ER was discriminating to my face. I went there because I had a uti and couldn't reach my gp in a different city and all other gps in Schiedam were full and didn't take new patients. I was sent away with a list of gp practices to call. I insisted they let me see a doctor there and I didn't mind paying extra as I was in a lot of pain. The employee told me that Dutch citizens would have to pay more taxes if they treated me there and that I didn't know how it worked in the Netherlands and they sent me away in pain and with an infection. I have lived and worked and payed taxes in this country for years. Do not go here if you don't want to be treated like a second rate human being by their employees.

    Unprofessional employees, after a 5 week long waiting period you get the response "learn to accept/live with your condition". It doesn't matter what you tell them, they don't (want to) listen or help you. Person was very young looking, which doesn't necessarily have to bad, but he seemed very inexperienced.
