Really welcoming and professional employs. They take your advice in consideration if is to improve their service. I go there with pleasure because if i need something what is not in the store, they order for me and they call me when is arrived in the store .

They have products for all kinds of animals. Which means if you go to dedicated shop for your animal you will most likely have bigger choice of products. But the opening hours are good. Only thing which I miss is good quality food for pets. They have popular marks. Unfortunately this means unhealthy. Really good quality you can't find there.

Big shop, wide range of products. I would give 11 out of 10 for help to customers. Sellers were very helpfull, informative, answered all the questions and gave a lot of good advices. I do not speak Dutch language, but they were happy to speak with me in english. Without doubt i can 100% recomend this shop for pet owners.
