We held our daughters 4th birthday party here and it was so much fun! The customer service from Noelis and her team was exceptional from the time we booked to setting up and the party time that followed. The parents had a great time too! The staff does a great job with keeping the facility clean and making sure all their guests are taken care of. We can’t wait to visit you guys again soon! Thanks so might Noelis for making this celebration a success!

We had a wonderful time at this location. Everything was perfect from the customer service to the cleanliness. Morgan was working the front desk and was very kind with great customer service skills. She was very helpful! It’s wonderful how it is broken up in different age groups, and so many fun slides to choose from. There’s something there for everyone! I saw staff cleaning while we were there playing. It was very clean and organized as well. I can’t wait to visit again in the future and have been recommending this Hyper kidz Owings Mills location.They also have great packages for fun birthday parties, this would be a great place to host a party.

My kids had a great time here. I'd say it's best for 7 and under. There's a whole side of the place geared only for children 7 and under. It wasn't enforced, but things look like they're getting very well used from some older kids not playing nicely. The jungle gym is great. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase. I think they need to enforce the 2 and under area though because there were some really big kids running around there making it hard for the Littles to play.

across-the-board it was a good experience, just some flaws that need to be looked over and fixed. The area inside the jungle gyms needs to be cleaned thoroughly and vacuumed, the toddler area where the swings are needs to have an employee supervising as older kids just swing and hit the young kids. The loudspeaker by the toddler area needs to be turned down as it was too loud to even hear my kid or have a simple conversation.

This place is NICE! My experience was fantastic for the first 15 minutes. Then multiple school buses of camp students arrived. They ruined what was a pleasant experience. As a teacher, they shouldn’t allow multiple schools and large groups and paying customers at the same time. Close your business to paying customers when 50-75 students come in and RUIN a paying customers experience. I spent the entire time policing the areas designated for younger children to ensure my child could peacefully play. Like I said it was nice and clean prior to the heard of wild children who appeared to have never been anywhere and were minimally supervised by teachers and camp counselors.

Came for my nieces 3rd birthday party! Absolutely adorable!!! Love the staff! So polite!!! Would definitely recommend having your little ones party here!!!

My kids really like this place. Sometimes it gets a little too crowded for me but doesn’t bother the kids, so as long as they happy, I’m happy.

I hosted a birthday party at Hyper Kids for my 5 year old. The experience was amazing. Please ask for host “Maya” when you are booking. She is fantastic. Right from your enter till you exit the party everything is taken care of. Maya is super organized and an excellent planner. I am a nervous parent who likes to get things organized and Maya made everything easy, smooth and perfect. She exactly knows what a parent is looking for. Highly recommend hyper kids ( Owings Mills)for hosting birthday party for kids.

This was our first time here, but we will definitely be back very soon! Noelis was amazing and went above and beyond to make this day special. We were there to celebrate my son’s bday and she put his name on the dance floor and even played his favorite song! The dance floor and the slides were the best and there was SO MUCH for the kids to do! Thanks Noelis for a great experience!

We have been coming here for years! Recently took my three yr old son on a Tuesday. It happened to be his birthday and Noelis at the front desk made sure it was extra special :) he had a great time, the space is always clean and has the best snacks!

I love Hyper Kidz Owings Mills. I had my son 4th birthday party this year. Everything was on point. I didn’t have to worry about anything. It’s a fun, safe environment for kids to be free and have fun. My kids love this place and so do I.

It was very clean. Staff attentive when my daughter fell. Thanks. I appreciate that. This time the staff at the desk were polite. My first experience was horrible. The young ladies at the desk looked at me for 6 minutes before asking if they could help me. This time better experience. I rather the week day to bring my daughter.

This was a very fun field trip for my students! However, we opted for the pizza party package and my students were only able to get one slice. I suggest, providing more pizza for big groups of children especially since outside food is prohibited. Staff is a 10/10 with customer service and everything was super clean. I will be back on my personal time!

We hosted my son’s 4th bday at hyperkidz and they were absolutely fantastic. Noelis and Khya helped us with our party and they were amazing to work with. Kids had a blast and enjoyed every second.

Great first experience. Really well-thought out enclosed play area…super clean including bathrooms … friendly staff… reasonable prices…free wifi (and a nice setup so I could actually get some work done). We will definitely be back!

My son loves it here. He comes here with his dad like every other day. (As he well say) lol We actually had his three birthday party here. The staff is super amazing. Love it !

I had my sons 2nd birthday party here and the service was excellent! Jordan and Carla was assigned to my party as host. They were very attentive and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The facility was clean and all of the kids including my now 2 year was entertained. Everything went smoother than I expected. We’ll definitely be visiting Hyper Kidz a lot for playtime.

I’ve been here 3-4 times now. The first time the music was extremely loud but it was better the last 2 times. Overall it’s a cool place, but obvious that staff do not climb up into the kid’s areas to clean. The light bright board in the bottom part of the toddler area is also no longer functioning, and the staff says it’s because everyone stole the pegs, which was our favorite thing here. There are parts of the climbing areas that do not feel sturdy to me. Someone needs to go around and do a thorough check of all the areas. It felt exceptionally dirty last time we were there. I understand kids are messy but I have not seen any staff cleaning or even present anywhere but the front desk every time I’ve come. I’m not that picky and I am realistic in what I expect in places that serve lots of families. There are areas of the play zones that have not been cleaned in a very, very long time. There’s a water trampoline in the baby area which is so cool, my child loved it… but it has an old cigarette (or trash that looks very much like a cigarette) stuck and floating inside of it, along with the other fake seaweed and creatures that are supposed to be in there.

We had such an Amazing time at Hyper kids! Noelis and her team were AMAZING and helped us every step of the way! My son is normally anti social but he came out of his shell at Hyper kids! We will definitely be returning!
