Lena Robinson in Suite 48 is very professional. I am so glad I was able to be a new client once she started taking new clients for a short length of time. She relocated from the Catonsville location, and glad I made the choice to keep her as my stylist. Lena is the best! She’s friendly, her suite is very clean, her spirit and aura is amazing. Healthy hair care is her goal and she make sure her clients is her number one priority.

The Manager of the Salon was available to address my issue in the absence of the concierge and stylist, LuxuryDashStudios, when I was not able to gain access and retrieve my item she had. The mgr. heard my concern and provided an alternative in an attempt to lessen my frustration. It was appreciated. 3 ⭐️s were awarded only because of her as the whole ordeal was a great inconvenience.
