I wish that I could say I had an amazing experience. I will start with the positives: it is a nice salon with a relaxing atmosphere. Lilly was an amazing nail tech and very kind, unfortunately she was not my tech but I appreciate her taking care of my younger sister so well. This is where the good ends and my experience begins. My pedicurist, Helen was very cold and rushed my services although I mentioned twice what I wanted (once over the phone when making my appointment, and again when I was asked to pick a color for my toes) I was later told there was not enough time to do my toes with added acrylic and I should've "booked more time". Even though I made an appointment and specified I wanted both acrylic on my nails and toes?. I was then told I would have to wait for my nails. I did so patiently. My manicurist was an older gentleman who shook during my entire appointment. I could see it was difficult for him to do my acrylics and I tried not to complain about the uneven application. He used white tips, I assume to cut down on the time it would have taken to do a proper french tip. This left me with the stubby, lumpy manicure you see in the pic. After all was done I ended up paying $205 plus a $45 tip for I and my sisters nails. Even my manicurist mentioned "I pay too much". And I agree, for the quality it was too much but I wouldve gladly paid more for better quality and service which I guess I will have to find elsewhere. Shame.

Very popular spot in Owings Mills, I would recommend calling ahead and make an appointment. Huge selection of polish even gels, the staff is very detailed oriented. For my first visit I chose the basic manicure and pedicure, I ended up there on Friday afternoon walk in and had to wait about 45 minutes. The owner sits at station one and very attentive to clients waiting, unlike other salons in the area they have very nice background music playing, there’s no product smells and everything is modern chic look. Every tech uses a individual client tool kit and each station is wide clean and organized. Not to sure about the waxing as not many ladies came in for that, but I would go back again during a less popular time.

I'm relatively new to the area, so I'm a first timer using this spa. Made an appointment for a much needed pedicure with an additional 20 minute foot massage. They knew who I was right away when I walked in and was taken to the pedicure chairs immediately without a wait. Had a very delightful and relaxing experience. The staff was very accommodating and prefessional. The facility was well maintained. Will definitely be returning!

Nhu is my girl! From the 1st time she did my nails ( acrylic mani& pedicure ) I knew I was coming back. Her job is very persistent and gentle. A big plus for me, is that she cuts my ingroing nails in a manner that relives my pain. 5/5 for being super professional 👏

Very happy I found this place! I was desperate to remove dipped polish off my nails, but my time was limited and most places are booked solid for the holidays. I called to schedule since i needed this to be a quick appointment, but was told that I can walk in with no problem. True to their word, I walked in, sat down, and the technician remembered my phone call so she tried her best to get me out within 20 mins. I am so happy with the service and the variety of offerings that I am changing my mani/pedi needs to this salon.

This was my first time here. No appointment just walked in and I must say this was the best full set and pedicure I’ve ever received. I am definitely coming back. Amazing techs!!!! Thank you so much. I sat at booth number 3 for nails and another awesome lady did my feet. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really nice atmosphere. My nails look great and feel even better! This establishment is very clean. Me and my husband had great Deluxe Pedicures with sterile tools which is key these days… I will be coming here now since moving back from Atlanta!

They fit me in right away. The nail tech, (don’t remember his name), did a fantastic job with my mani/pedi. He was efficient, professional and polite!! This is my 5th time going here and I’ve never been disappointed by any of the nail techs! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came to Nail's Pro & Spa after my appointment was totally disregarded My appt.was at 1pm and when I walked in the technician had someone at her station and she NEVER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME! I SAT there for half hour without a word. So I decided to leave. I was headed home when I decided to try my luck n stop in at Nails Pro & Spa. The atmosphere was very professional, warm and inviting. I was greeted at the front door and the technician Dawn took me back right away! I felt so relaxed in her presence. My previous technician would always tell me to relax and say that I was tense!? But Dawn never said that, instead she made me feel special. She massaged my cuticles with oil, massaged my hands with lotio and put a nice hot wet towel on my hands. It was so wonderful, I enjoyed this relaxing experience. I will NOT go back to Nail Plus bc in my opinion they have poor customer service and do not value their customers. Although, I tip very well, I will never tip for bad service again. I will definitely go back to Nail Pro & Spa where you feel valued, pampered and will receive excellent service. If you go to Nail Plus in Owings Mills and want a better experience, go to Nail Pro & Spa! Spend your hard earned $ at a business that will give you an amazing experience. I stopped here while on vaca to get my nails done for my birthday and they are too cute. The vibe in there is so chill, I could've dozed off. This will definitely be my go to when I am in town!!! Thank you!!

I love it here! I see the gentleman in chair 9 and he is amazing. My nails last and he really takes his time but is efficient. They are also very friendly and professional. I finally found my new place to get my nails done!

It's always clean, they get you in and out. I haven't been Dremel burned here. For regular Mani Pedi bring your own polish, theirs is usually old or thinned out. The staff is quick, very polite, and easy to communicate with.

Nails Pro and Spa did an Incredible Job on my nails, as they have for the past two months. I received the color and style I wanted to compliment my outfit for a special event. They Nailed it!! I Highly Recommend them and give them five Stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got a tip extension with a dip manicure and it came out beautifully! Jack was fantastic :)
