I’m
a
brand
new
client
to
this
office
as
of
this
morning
11-16-23.
I
walked
into
this
office
after
walking
out
of
the
Owings
Mills
Aspen
Dental
office
15
minutes
earlier
frustrated
and
disappointed
from
a
poor
patient
experience
having
been
their
(Aspen
Dental)
client
for
only
a
year
(I
couldn’t
continue
making
excuses
for
their
lackluster
service,
poor
communication
and
utter
disorganization
in
their
office).
The
moment
I
entered
the
Owings
Mills
Dentistry
office
I
was
greeted
promptly
by
Sharice
with
a
smile
and
warm
greeting.
After
explaining
my
situation,
she
quickly
went
to
work
ultimately
helping
me
get
a
same
day
appointment.
I
was
then
greeted
by
hygienist
Alisha
who
gave
me
a
“mini
tour”
as
she
put
it,
lol.
Alisha
continued
making
me
feel
welcome
and
after
a
thoughtful
conversation
about
what
I
needed
went
right
to
work
getting
my
scans,
evaluation
and
cleaning
underway.
I
was
then
introduced
to
Dr.
Jaffery
who
even
though
she
was
wearing
a
mask
I
could
easily
hear
the
smile
in
her
voice.
Dr.
Jaffery's
professional
demeanor,
kind
tone
and
thoughtful
questions
made
it
clearly
evident
that
she
was
not
only
an
expert
but
clearly
has
her
patients
best
interest
in
mind.
Next
was
Yasmin
who
took
time
making
sure
I
was
comfortable
and
informed
while
she
crafted
my
temporary
crown.
As
I
was
leaving,
Courtney
at
the
front
desk
was
patient
and
helpful
as
I
took
care
of
my
financial
responsibility.
Solenta
and
Sharice
helped
to
make
sure
my
paperwork
was
completed
electronically
and
my
next
appointment
was
confirmed.
A
complete
top
tier
patient
experience
from
everyone
I
encountered
today
and
I'm
soo
relieved
I
now
have
a
Dentist
office
I
can
count
on
and
look
forward
to
returning
year
after
year.
