Nice customer service the food is good

I received bad customer service over ten years ago. I went today to give them a chance. I ordered shrimp salad. It had a terrible smell and the guy that took my order was not friendly. Yet ANOTHER establishment that resides in the black community and has no respect for the people they serve. A WASTE of money. I’ll NEVER be back there again.

Wings and fries always good and fresh..But it’s 2022 and they don’t accept cards at all🤦🏾‍♂️

The floor is dirty when you buy food you have to pay for extra condiments after paying so much for what you get I don't like it and will not be going there no time soon

This is my go to spot but today I pulled a long hair out after I took a bite out of my western french frie. That was disgusting.

My favorite place to get western fries and bean pies. There are definitely betters places to get chicken but the chicken is decent. The prices arw very reasonable and haven't changed much at all over the years which I really like. Customer service is okay, the people who take orders aren't very welcoming but I really don't need them to be. Overall, a decent place to eat.

I just bought a steak fish dinner this evening. The steak fish wasn’t freshly fried and had the taste of old grease. The macaroni and cheese was plain nasty and the collard greens were bland. I will not eat anything else from this establishment ever again.

Good breakfast food but remember bring CASH as they don't not accept cards. Your basic Chinese ran breakfast and chicken spot.

Ordered the Italian Cold Cut Sub for the first time. Also ordered a fruit salad. Everything I have ordered has always been exceptionally good. On each visit to Chick 'N Trout, I have never been disappointed.

No seasoning on my fries. Asked for a salad and found a hard boiled egg in my bag but not shelled, chopped, and placed on the salad. They only take cash but have a $4.13 ATM in the lobby.

Breakfast is on another level here cash only but you won't regret it.

In 2023 they only accept cash. I was not told this over the phone prior to arriving.

Excellent breakfast food . You would think your mom cooked it for you . In they give you a lot . Very good breakfast spot 😊

Closed a half hour early cuz they clearly didnt wanna make any more food or money

I remember eating from here a year ago. They had very delicious tasting Macaroni & Cheese, Rice & Crab Cakes. I even liked the way their chicken tasted. I also love how sanitary they are. I am so happy that a restaurant like theirs exist.

Just remove the trout out the name because this place has the worse fried fish I've ever had. I threw away my entire platter. Don't waste your money.

Their fried chicken and western fries are always delicious with good fresh taste, but definitely got to bring cash, no card accepted.
