really
wanted
to
like
this
place.
The
ambiance
was
great,
and
we
were
all
set
for
my
birthday
party
(for
which
we
had
made
reservations
well
in
advance,
as
we
were
a
party
of
8).
Unfortunately,
things
didn’t
get
off
to
a
great
start
and
then
just
snowballed
from
there.
All
of
the
food
came
out
at
odd,
juxtaposed
times.
For
example,
a
few
people
had
their
entrees
for
quite
a
while
before
others
had
even
received
their
soup
or
appetizers.
Of
course,
as
we
munched
through
our
food
(which
was
pretty
tasty
when
we
got
it),
none
of
the
plates
or
used
cups
were
ever
cleared
off
of
our
table.
Nearing
the
end
of
the
meal,
my
mother
started
bussing
the
table
herself
and
moving
the
large
stacks
of
dishes
onto
a
nearby
empty
table.
It
was
also
quite
a
long
endeavor
-
from
the
time
our
order
was
taken
to
the
time
the
last
person
in
our
group
got
their
food,
it
was
about
2
1/2
hours.
I
fully
recognize
that
larger
groups
take
more
time
and
effort,
but
had
hoped
that
the
advance
notice
and
reservations
might
have
limited
that
somewhat.
The
restaurant
was
not
crowded,
and
other
patrons
that
had
arrived
after
us
completed
their
entire
meal
well
before
some
of
our
guests
appetizers
had
arrived.
Overall,
while
the
people
were
nice
and
the
food
was
tasty,
the
experience
was
stressful
and
not
at
all
conducive
to
a
large
group.
Perhaps
if
everyone
actually
*ordered*
in
advance,
or
if
you
could
ask
for
a
limited,
easy
to
prepare
menu,
things
might
be
smoother,
but
if
you
are
looking
for
a
spot
for
a
party
or
even
a
big
family,
this
is
not
the
place.
