This restaurant is a gem in Holguin. You cannot get a better service than this. people are super professional and quality to portion size and price is unbelievable. we wished we could try their famous lamb dish but it was gone. It was 3 of us and we got 2 dishes and 2 delicious congri rice, and we had our lunch from the leftovers! Highly recommend it.

On first glance, there seem to be cheaper options, and we nearly walked by - would have been a big error! Prices are slightly higher, but you get a lot more and better. The serving size is nearly double the usual, so you could even consider sharing meals. Quality is top, and service too, and it all comes with a nice interior. Definitely worth coming back.

Excellent place. Food is really good. Very friendly service, all clean, styled, give you the idea of a high end restorant but resonable prices. Recommend every Plate but the cheese sup is awesome.

Delicious, wonderful meal with HUGE PORTIONS! This place is popular, and for good reason. Let your host call ahead and make a reservation for you. We were celebrating our last night in Cuba, and this was a good choice. The service is attentive, the decor is nice, it seems very clean, and the menu is extensive. Everything was delicious. Ordering tip: portions are huge. The 3 of us (hungry adults) ordered 2 entrees and 6 sides, and we packaged up half the food for our host family. 2 people should try 2 entrees and 2 sides to share at most. Lots of great traditional Cuban choices here. We enjoyed fresh fish, plantain chips, congre/rice with beans (warning, has meat), sweet potato fries, pureed root vegetables. Only regret, no room for dessert. Our portion of the meal, including 2 sodas and tip, came to US $17. Unbelievable. Don't miss this one.

The wife and I go here every time we are in town and as a restaurant owner myself from the New Orleans area I know what great service is,and the service here at 1910 is phenomenal. We had Annabelle as our server 3 times in the past week and she was excellent. The food is always NEVER a disappointment. Bravo to the workers and the owner. Keep it up. 1910 is a wonderful place to eat with a great menu and appealing prices... especially if you are from out of the country. Alberto Gamez Ronda is the renowned Head Chef who moved from Gibara to Holhuin and is globally recognized for his seafood recipes and cookbook called "Sabor A Gibara". Food- I am rating it an A

One of the best restaurants we visited on Cuba! Holguin was our first stop of a 4 week vacation on Cuba and this place proved to be one of the 3 best restaurants we had the joy of visiting (together with 1800 in Camagüey and Guitarra Mia in Trinidad, if I may add). Great food, well seasoned and nicely presented, good cocktails and all that for very reasonable prices. Competent, friendly service that was helpful in choosing. If there's something to "complain" about then maybe that the main course arrived directly after finishing the starters - a little pause had been good here.

This place was a great late night restaurant for us. We could easily show up and grab good appetizers, entrees and coffees or other drinks. The service was always excellent and friendly. The staff were quick for local standards and we all felt incredibly comfortable. So much so we went back the next night. The shrimp were small but given the context they were good and the garlic sauce was great. Some of our group ordered the daily specials including the shrimp in rum sauce which was very tasty. All the pork and fish dishes were good as well. I ordered the ropa viejas which were delicious and the stuffed tostones were always a hit. They will bring out a red spicy sauce if you want it. They have juices, coffee based drinks, Cristal and Corona beers, and I assume some wine, although I don't think any of our group had some.

Amazing food here - definitely a must-go. We had the filet mignon beef platter, chicken platter, and fish platter. The nachos were awesome. Very reasonably priced for the portion sizes and flavour! Really friendly service and delicious authentic Cuban food.

The trip advisor reviews gotta be fake. Waited one hour for over cooked lobster.

They have the best Thanksgiving dinners. We will return in 2022 for Thanksgiving dinner. I have my ticket already. We own a home in Holguin.

Other then the young waitresses on their phones, the food was amazing 🤤 and so were the cocktails, highly recommended !
