The team, and I mean team (from front desk, to nurses to veterinarian) all were SO kind and emphatic during a time that we were stressed beyond belief. They got us in on a holiday weekend, stayed after hours to conclude our care (never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience) and cared for my golden like he was their own. They helped us unload and load him in the car and provided the best care. Highly recommend. Dr Armstrong and Grace were fabulous and knowledgeable.

Our experience was excellent. Having gone to two area emergency vets in recent days and unable to even get in for an appointment with our own veterinary hospital for another 3 weeks, we got an immediate appointment. The care was amazing and everyone was so pleasant, helpful and caring to our senior pup Chloe. Big big thanks to Rachel & Dr. Armstrong for giving us peace of mind, great care and detailed information!! Any unexpected issues that come up for Chloe from now on we are coming straight here! Can’t recommend this place enough! The staff was so kind and great, especially Louise. She really went above and beyond to make our cat Fang comfortable and cared for. Our cat had a uti Wednesday before thanksgiving, and PetMedic was the only office that could get us in, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The exam was super easy, the staff was so comforting and kind, and went over every step of care along the way. Tonight, a little over a week later, our cat showed signs of a uti again, and they got us in right away even though it was late in the evening. We appreciate their kindness, compassion, communication and being open late SO much! Thank you!!

We were uncertain if we could be seen short notice and on a Saturday, but we were able to make an appointment online and get right in to see Dr. Armstrong. The wait wasn’t bad, staff was friendly and Veterinarian was thorough. Willow has a diagnosis and a treatment plan, she is on her way to healing and feeling fully comfortable. Overall cost was affordable, very much worth the trip to Portland. Thank you from all of Willow’s family!

PetMedic provide medical services to correct damage on our dogs paw/nail. Their staff was professional, courteous and very accommodating. The operation was successful and they communicated effectively throughout the process. A wonderful experience in veterinary care. Would recommend to anyone in need of animal care.

It's the absolute pits to have a pup with an emergent issue but I must say that if you have to go to the ER, PetMedic is a great place to be. Efficient, comfortable, superb staff. Took care of me and my injured pup handily and she is now home on the mend. Paws up! Most grateful

We had a very good experience at PetMedic. It was easy to make a same day appointment online. Everyone was very friendly. The tech, Rachel, and Dr. Armstrong were excellent. They gave us a lot of confidence. They both treated our dogs with care and competence. We would recommend PetMedic very highly.

We got in right away and the staff was so kind. Our pup Violet decided that a toy was a good snack. The staff took great care of our pup and made us feel so much better. Thank you all for the amazing care!
