First time and last time visiting this location. I arrived at the time when pizzas suppose to be ready but the crew was very chatty that I had to wait another 30 minutes and still my order was not ready. After 45 minutes since my arrival, I asked for the full a refund (and it was processed) and left (btw, order was still not ready) Since the refund was processed, I would rate them 2 stars (instead of one) for them but I am not returning.

Ordered pizza by phone. When I arrived, my payment method would not work. Ross and another young man went to bat and got it taken care of. Tried the wings today, just plain. (Otherwise how do you know how good they are). They were awesome. Pizza was perfect, stayed hot all the way back to the condo at the lake. 5 meat combo. 👍🏻👍🏻 Delicious. All the staff were super friendly, engaging and professional. Even when my card was messed up, calm and cool. Will be back!!!

We have gotten pizza here twice. The first time, the pizza was dry and overcooked. The second time, the pizza toppings were almost all in the center of the pizza, leaving us with 3" of crust. And it was overcooked as well. We will not be eating at this location again. Disappointing to say the least. I have always loved Little Ceasars and was so excited to see them put in this location just to feel let down by the experience.

Was waiting outside for my wife when two older men, 70 ish pulled up to the curb @ Dollar General, the man that got out was obviously not in good shape, hard time walking. The driver started to pull forward when a Little Caesars delivery man, probably in his 30s all tatted up walks out with a couple of pizzas and commences to call the driver every foul name you can think of and threatened him for being alongside the curbside. I've never witnessed this kind of behavior that I can recall from any employee.Will never order from this business, disgusting behavior.

Carryout review: I had to wait additional 20 minutes for the order to be ready. After arriving at home and unpacking the order, it was someone's else cold order. Dear HQ of Little Ceasars, please look into this and close this location immediately or hire people actually know what they are doing with your pizza chain. This location is disgrace to your brand.

Thought I would stop and grab a hot and ready for the kids since my son has wrestling practice and I didn't have time to cook, mind you this is the second time I've been here since they opened because the first time they made my order wrong, went back and they remade it still for it to be made wrong. Thought I would give them a try again, all they had was cheese (which was fine) I take that pay and get home, the pizza was room temperature far from hot or even close to fresh, it looked like it had been sitting there for a couple days and it was hard as a rock. Gave the dog some of it and he could barely eat it. Was a waste of money and will just stick with Casey's or Domino's.

First time for Branson store. Not sure if there will be a second. 1. Crust was brown and crusty. Very Dry. 2. Ordered online. They don't use the online pickup kiosk. Pizza was on the counter with no heat lamp. It was not piping hot. Just warm at scheduled pickup time. 3. They did not send an email when pizza was ready. The good: Lil Caesars is a good value if the local store follows corporate guidelines. Past experiences in Pineville, LA and Olathe, KS were much better. We live in Branson now. Very disappointed. Maybe we will try again.

I’m not sure about the pizza at this location, but the owner is not a reasonable person. I purchased a music product from him and came back with a reasonable request for a refund and he denied it out of hand. If he treats customers in the E commerce space like that I can’t imagine, he does business differently at his restaurant.

Ross, Rich, and David are amazing bosses. They are understanding, very considerate men to have as bosses. I enjoy working for them and will help build this company as much as possible to bring customers to this business on 248 in Branson. It's a good work environment. Come see and enjoy a good work crew.

Purchased pizza online and used the machine to get my pizza (neat feature) and when I was leaving the guy at the counter thanked me and the girl in back thanked me and used my name. Never been in there and didn’t talk to anyone so she remembered from my order and went above and beyond to say my name. Kiddos to you for providing great service.
