Ok, I've posted about a lot of great little places, but this one is probably the best. #1 they honor veterans, right off the bat. #2 all the locals are as friendly as can be. #3 the staff is just perfect, our waitress Audrey was just perfect. Jeff the owner comes out and talks to everyone. #4 but not just by number, THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!! I HIGHLY recommend the Midtown Feast. It was so good, that I want another one now. If you're ever going through, or past Reed's Spring, you really need to take the time to stop.

Our first time there, we left full and happy. Everyone was so friendly, and the food was excellent! May I recommend the sweet cream pancakes? 🥞 🥞 🥞 Veterans receive free drinks, thank you for your service. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

This cafe is now my personal favorite. We really enjoyed starting our experience with the witty menu. The food was perfect. I just had molar extractions, so I asked that my hashbrowns in my meal were only lightly cooked, and they happily obliged. When I say "Bill's Favorite" is perfection, there is no exaggeration. The staff are friendly and make you feel at home. Best home-made gravy from Florida to Missouri, other than my own. Thanks for an amazing experience, Mid-town!

Oh my goodness we came here after church and they serve fried chicken on Sunday! It was finger licking good!!! Now this was some really good chicken. The owner is a hoot! We loved it! He is sassy, spicy, feisty, and very entertaining!!!! You gotta stop on here they will treat you right!!!

So happy to have found this great place! From the moment i walked through the door for the 1st time i was treated to the friendliest & most genuine welcome i think i have ever had! Even though i had never been there before i was greeted like a long known friend. Jeff the owner & the people there obviously take great pride in ensuring everyone is treated this way. I watched as each regular was greeted by name & conversation were picked up from where it had been left the previous visit I sat at the counter & within a few minutes was chatting to other diners as if i had known them for ages! The food is of equal quality to the welcome - from a simple breakfast to their. justifiably, famous Sunday fried chicken i think you would be hard pressed to find better. I spent 3 very happy visits here within a few days & on my 3rd was very sad to have to leave to return to my home across the Pond, but i will be returning as soon as work & finances allow! Cannot recommend this cafe & the people here ( both staff & fellow diners ) highly enough. If you find yourself anywhere near Reeds Spring do yourself a favour & visit.

This place is a great home town atmosphere with fantastic service and more than great food and dessert was over the top cake. Jeff(owner) was a perfect host.

Great experience! Welcomed upon arrival, atmosphere felt welcoming, the usual crowd was greeted by name, and the menu had some little jokes. The food was spectacular- the French toast tasted like home, the bacon had so much flavor, they nailed my egg request, and the coffee is just fine without anything added. We adored the portion sizes, old farts will have the option for just the right amount of food too! If we ever come near the area again, we will ABSOLUTELY be stopping here.
