We are so grateful we happened upon this beautiful pub and restaurant as it truly was the highlight of our London experience! We enjoyed 2 different meals there, best fish and chips we had. We also got to experience a Sunday roast meal- so delicious! But best of all was the warm and inviting people who work there who were ambassadors for the city and just made us feel so welcome. Rafaela and Greg went above and beyond - they are exceptional at their work and more exceptional as people. Much love for such a wonderful time. Can’t recommend high enough! Much thanks!!

Favorite local pub for a casual drink or a comfortable meal. They have a big dining area behind the bar. Love the Sunday roast and broccolis. Simply but done nicely - just like the pub itself!

What an incredible experience. We made a reservation at The Fox and Pheasant for the first night of our trip to London and it was such a fantastic meal that it set the tone for the rest of the trip. Unfortunately, it set such a high bar that none of our other meals compared! Less unfortunately, we ended up coming back once more on our last night in London and the meal we had was the perfect capstone to our trip. Charming atmosphere, attentive service, and spectacular food at reasonable prices. Can't wait to come back on our next visit from the States!

Tucked down a side alley not far from a Tesco Express & the wonderful Brompton Cemetery is The Fox & Pheasant. Get there after lunch, and before dinner for a rather special bar menu. The classic burger is elevated with their spicy smoky tomato relish, and chips are crispy and fluffy. Keep your eye on the house pooch who'll surreptitiously appear at your side with his pleading/demanding puppy dog eyes. A cosy place to be with just the right amount of new meeting old... And a definite for fox lovers 🦊

Went here one night because it was near our Air BNB and could not have been more pleased! It’s such a cutely decorated pub and the food is all delicious. Get the peach tart for dessert, you won’t regret it!

I was in London on a business trip in December and for our last business meeting/meal I sneakily chose The Fox and Pheasant because 1. James Blunt has been my Apple Music number one most listen to artist since I was a tween, and 2, everyone asked to have something at a pub. Everything about this place was 20 out of 10. The service, the food, the drinks. I was with a party of all male Americans, and each one said it was the best meal we had for the entire trip. Thank you F&P crew for a lovely time and meal! J.B. Your pub is Beautiful, it’s true.

What a lovely place!!!The garden is amazing, food unique and the Spanish, brazilian English...staff extraordinarily friendly. We felt most welcome. And will be back for sure Thank you 😊 Was back again, this pub is just wonderful. We had dinner in the garden patio which is really special.Very friendly staff and excellent food. We had the Cabrese salad, followed by sirloin steak and the fish of the day (steambream?) And the best espresso of the city. Also had a bottle of the Gavi. Food allergies are taken seriously. Will definitely be back for more....thank you.

Very lovely place. Actually one of the best I have ever visited. Atmosphere, food, drink, staff - all above the average level. Recommended! We will come back soon.

The Chicken Kiev is crispy on the outside, moist and bt try on the inside, cooked to perfection. The haricot verts are crunchy. They offer your choice of fries or chips, (the difference for the foreigners is chips are thick, French fries are long and narrow). The Grilled chicken salad was spot on, chicken warm salad cool. Tomatoes on point. Enjoy the house Lager or scan the menu for the 6.2% beer. If you found this review useful follow me for more.

Fantastic pub! Great atmosphere and very friendly and welcoming staff who provided excellent service throughout! The Sunday roast was brilliant - Roast beef was tender (could older pink or well done if you wanted), good amount of very good roast potatoes, great gravy, yorkshire pudding light and tasty, vegetables excellently cooked with good flavour! Had the chocolate mousse, awesome flavour and good lightness. You must go for this option! Especially as it comes as 'say when'! Good veg/vegan options throughout menu, lots of choice on food and drinks menu. Would go many times again! A very well run operation! Dog friendly also.

My favorite pub in London by far. Dining in the conservatory area is lovely, staff is super welcoming, food is great (had the Sunday roast) and selection of beers is diverse with a few ones that we don't see often in other pubs. Space outdoor for a drink under the sun in the afternoon as well.

A wonderful and cosy place. I'm so sad that I haven't tried the food, but the atmosphere and beer were outstanding

This lovely little pub offers the British pub classics that I like. There was a nice cosy atmosphere and the staff and service provided was great. The food was mostly nice, however the scotch egg and burger meat was over salted so I didn't enjoy the food as much as I'd hoped. My friend had the fish and chips and loved it, so it wasn't all bad.

Cosy tavern with lots of comfort foods. We had the Sunday roast pork belly, which was more than enough for 1person. Fast service, friendly staff.

I think this is my new favourite little local! Friendly atmosphere with cosy feel. You can get good pub food or dine in the gorgeous indoor courtyard for and upscale experience. Great gluten free menu! They even have DAM zero% on tap!

Excellent little pub! If you’re looking for homely cooked food, the stuff that gives you a big hug this is the place for you. Great, cosy environment with excellent service. I could sit there all day drinking beer and those scotch eggs! We will be back to try out the Sunday roast for sure!

I recently visited The Fox and Pheasant with friends for a Sunday roast, and it was a fantastic experience. We had a really good time, and the food was delicious. It's definitely a place I would return to without hesitation.

Beautiful country pub in Chelsea. Owned by the talented James Blunt. Brilliant cosy atmosphere. I wish it was my local. The "You're Beautiful" cocktail is a must have! So tasty and refreshing.

This restaurant was amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The fish dish was incredibly tender and the London cider was really good too. It had the slight flavor of apples. I would love to come back again some day. Definitely worth seeing.

It was my 4th time in The Fox and Pheasant. The food once again was amazing and very tasty. Most of us had the Sunday roast (totally recommended) and the Pie. The staff, especially Gregg were very accommodating and attentive. The first time I went to that place was 3 years ago and I was pleased to see that the quality and standards are the same. Great place, great food.

Great atmosphere, service and food. We loved their Sunday roast, and my girlfriend is not a massive fan of it. Great atmosphere, mostly young people, the waiters were very attentive… nothing bad to say. We’ll definitely be back for a roast.

Nice pub, very popular, the conservatory dining area has a nice feel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pepper sauce on the steak was ok, had a twang to it, different peppercorns to black, possibly some szechuan or similar ? A little too much salt too. But I ate it all so couldn't have been that bad. A little bit of veg with the dish wouldn't be a miss. Crispy squid was good, not that chili.

Incredible! A lucky find. The food was amazing, service great and atmosphere phenomenal for a Wednesday night in Chelsea. Revisited yesterday - Monday night, so busy - speaks volumes! Food - out of this world! especially the chipolatas and fish pie. They use dried strawberries in the Pimm's - extra flavour, Awesome!

Omg. Incredible pub. I think it’s now my favourite pub ever. All of the food was amazing, and the chipolatas and truffle toast were probably the highlights along with the mousse. Cocktails were fabulous too. I can’t wait to go back.

Found this gem while staying in London to visit my son in hospital. The welcome from the staff was friendly and welcoming, they were attentive but not intrusive. We ordered the venison and it was amazing, cooked to perfection. The pub itself was cosy and reminded us home which is what needed at this emotional time(we live in the New forest) we can't thank you enough for just making one evening a small bit of normality in our lives. I would recommend this pub to anyone looking for a quiet cosy evening with excellent food and a great atmosphere.
