Great selection of beers on keg and a few on offer on cask, furthermore a great range of cans/bottles available in a fridge behind the bar with some real great finds! Service was great when we arrived, with the same gentleman who served us in the bar also serving us in the restaurant area - he was great and clearly very knowledgeable. Food was really good, albeit if the dining area did get rather warm once full up of people. Would highly recommend.

One of my favourite locals - good selection of beers and great to see a pub brew their own beer. The food is delicious, especially the Sunday lunch! As far as I'm aware there is currently only Hogan's on draught (which I love) but would be great to have a couple of other choices.

This is a really nice pub, with the best beer in the town. Plenty of on street parking, no car park. Food is average, plenty of burgers, steak, pie, fish and chips. Limited vegetarian options. Nothing special but okay. Breakfast is not available at present due to "staff shortages" and although we were told there are places in the village, all these were fully booked so had to leave hungry! Rooms are spotless, very nicely decorated and quaint. Score is reduced due to the very steep stairs and the electric showers. The showers are difficult to to use and the temperature yo-yoed between 30 and 53. All too easy to accidentally change to the "snowflake" setting which gives you a chilling blast of 13 degrees! Staff are friendly and helpful. The village is very nice and worth exploring and the pub is well placed. A must visit due to the quality and range of the beer, particularly the in house brews.

What a great find for our 3 day visit to Donington park, only 3 miles to the paddock entrance. Food was lovely, staff so friendly and room was very nice. Def going back next year.

Fantastic range of drinks both alcohol and non alcoholic. Good selection of hot drinks too. It does food but not had any here yet. Lovely clean interior, friendly helpful staff.

Tremendous village pub, if Melbourne is a village. Well appointed, brew their own beer, great food and welcoming staff. Didn't use the accommodation so cannot truthfully rate the rooms.

Part of a group night out, we had a really good meal, food cooked perfectly and well presented, not one complaint, other than the lemon cheesecake was overly sweet. Certainly among the best restaurant food I've had and particularly at this price point. Service was amazing, drinks orders fulfilled quickly and all the food came out in good time, the staff were very friendly and appeared to genuinely enjoy their job. They also didn't put us under any pressure to leave. I've never been here before but will definitely be returning, highly recommend

What a wonderful venue! The food was great, the service was excellent and they go over and above on so many small details to make your stay memorable. Very impressive micro brewery set-up and a great range of beer. Highly recommend.

Probably the best meal we've had in ages, definitely will be returning. My only negative was the lemon cheesecake dessert, it was far too sweet for me and more sorbet than cheesecake.

Some of the best food I've had in a very long time, we had the pleasure of attending the first tasting event. Very much recommend 👍🏻

Great pub beer brewed on site, as well as guest beers in cask. The food was excellent as well, so I would recommend a visit.
