Kay is an excellent IBD specialist. She supported me over many years as part of her role at the Royal Free Hospital IBD service. Kay has incredible knowledge about the care of people suffering with IBD and she has an excellent bedside manner, with great empathy and compassion.

Kay is the best there is and words can not describe how much she has helped me over the years. She is amazing, kind and reliable and an encyclopaedia of knowledge on IBD.

Kay and her team recently helped a relative of mine who was traveling abroad from the United States and needed treatment for a chronic condition. Everyone was wonderful and Kay answered every question promptly and made us feel as though we were in the best hands possible. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I have to share how eternally grateful I am, to super woman, Kay Greveson. She has provided me with many years of care and support and has always gone above and beyond her duty. We first crossed paths at the Royal Free Hospital, well over a decade ago. Kay helped me with all kinds, she was always on hand, had expert advice and has been there for me ever since. She is so kind and approachable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. Kay is an exceptional human being and I simply cannot imagine my journey or how I would have coped without her. Not only my nurse but my friend for life.

Kay is a highly experienced and professional IBD nurse, with more than 20 years experience in the NHS and private sectors. As well as having obtained a masters degree in specialist nursing, she is also an independent prescriber, so has the equivalent qualification of a Dr when prescribing medication for patients with IBD. Kay was a driving force in establishing the IBD biologics service at the Royal Free Hospital. She has also been part of innovative research, including designing the IBD passport website, which has helped improve the quality of life for numerous patients living with IBD, through practical support. Despite her high profile, she remains as down to earth and approachable, as when I first met her more than 10 years ago. Kay is always very honest about any treatments she recommends, and will always explain any potential side effects and practical ways these can be minimised. I am writing this review in my capacity as a health care professional in IBD in the NHS as well as at a personal level as a user of Kay’s aesthetic clinic to treat veins on my legs and face. I would have no hesitancy in recommending Kay’s services

I worked with Kay for many years in her role as a specialist nurse in ibd. She has helped developed novel pathways, streamlined processes and helped produce a really supportive clinic system. She is empathetic and has a real depth of expertise. Her work and innovation has been recognised with presentations at international and national meetings and she is widely published in her field of expertise.

Having lived with Crohn’s disease for over 20 years, I have attended numerous hospitals, undergone countless different treatments and received care from a variety of different medical professionals. Every patient deserves a nurse like Lisa on their side. She is wonderful at what she does. She is caring and empathetic, knows when to crack a funny or just stop and listen and importantly she always gets things done. she is skilled at driving through treatment plans whilst keeping you informed of next steps and potential outcomes. There is no one more reassuring to have near you as you battle through the complexities of life with a chronic illness.

Lisa is an amazing IBD Nurse Consultant. From day one being under her care Lisa treated me as an individual and has gone above and beyond her role to ensure I got the support, treatment, care and expertise needed. I highly recommend Lisa's care.
