Decidedly not deserving any star rating above 2 and hardly a “refined” hotel… The apartment we got is in dire need of maintenance. Reported this to the office, no reply. Clearly they are not putting any money or effort into maintaining this, at least our college-student appropriate flat. Tattered carpet, very badly stained and ripped window coverings, shower drain running so slowly almost as if clogged, the wall mounted toilet is very loose I fear it may fall off, and my favorite, the pungent smell of rotting broccoli in the kitchen. The clothes washer, while present, doesn’t function properly. But at least the water pressure is good, but you can’t enjoy it for long otherwise the shower basin will overflow. The attached picture is of a badly stained window shade in the bathroom. Exactly what fluid is spattered all over it, I don’t like to dwell on it. The safe was locked and couldn’t be opened. Let’s also not forget the loud 5am street noise right outside our ground floor bedroom window! And the constant sound of power tools coming from the restaurant reconstruction right next door. NOT RECOMMENDED.

4 stars? No. This place could have so easily be spectacular. But either they are insane cheapskates, or they just don't care. The room was very large (great) and had good kitchen and bed. Everything else was a fail. So many things were broken and could have so very easily have been repaired. They clearly have no maintenance practices for anything that goes wrong. Each issue is small, but collectively they lead to a 1-star! The most notable issues: 1) there was a bath, but no bath plug. Bubble bath is supplied, but no way to have a bath. Complaining led to no bath plug being supplied over the 5 days till we left. We were aware of at least 1 other room with same problem 2) the smoke detectors were covered with tape. As a critical safety requirement, this is unforgivable. Complaining led to no action over 5 days. 3) the tvs are 13 years old and so small they are laughable (22"). Seriously, these are just the things that annoyed me the most. There were countless other issues. Be warned. You will be left unsatisfied. Edit: Oh yeah, the safe was locked and coudn't be unlocked by anyone. The bathroom roof had recently been painted but paint had been dripped all over the floor and left to dry. To attempt to clean this up. The list goes on. On the + the staff were very friendly.

Incredible location, right next to St Paul’s ,the court yard the apartments are in is nice and quiet and it has parking!! Rooms are clearly recently refurbished and had everything I needed. I will 100% stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel Native kings Wardrobe in London for a few days. The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem was that the elevator was out of order. There was a sign saying that I could ask for help with my luggage, but I didn't want to bother them. It was a bit inconvenient to carry my bags up and down the stairs. Other than that, everything was OK.

Please don’t stay here. The keys to the apartments don’t work and guests keep getting locked out (almost everyday). The property manager is hardly ever reachable by phone and there is no onsite reception. Half of the security team don’t speak English. The other half don’t know how to help anyway. They refuse to change the lock system or provide spare keys despite multiple requests. You will be locked out overnight and expected to find alternative accommodation until they find a new key (which could take anywhere between 2-12 hours). They also refuse to break the door. Worst serviced apartments in all of London.

The most amazing location of anywhere we have stayed in London! You can literally walk 2 mins and be at St. Pauls. Easy access to the rest of London with a tube station and bus stops all super close too. The apartment we stayed in was two bed, three bathroom - with a huge dining/sitting room and separate kitchen. It was the perfect base for us to explore London with our two young kids. They were most excited about the TV in their room to be honest! Would 100% recommend a Native apartment - we always use them and they are always ideal!

Great location. Well appointed digs with everything you need. Quiet square outside so no noise (except the bells of St Paul's a few streets away) definitely stay again

On our final night at around midnight, a former occupant who still had a key card walked in while we were sleeping. I had to stand there, completely naked, arguing with this man until he eventually left. I reported this incident to reception when checking out. They were very apologetic and agreed this was unacceptable. They said they would speak to their manager and get back to me with a goodwill gesture. It has been almost two weeks and I have still not heard from them. I chased them twice and my messages are ignored. I will not be staying here again. It is a shame because the apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable although there is no microwave. The location is excellent.

TLDR: good location, will hold luggage for you, heater worked well (November trip); HOWEVER THIS PLACE HAS RATS, bathroom sucks, no microwave, and appliances were useless/not working. Let me start with the good, that list is shorter. • great location, a 2-min walk to Central line (St. Pauls) and District/Circle line (Blackfriar) stations as well as near multiple food and coffee places • good front desk service for the bare minimum, we arrived well before 3PM and they held out bags/luggage until we came back for check in - we didn't ask for anything on top of this, so hard to say if they above and beyond, but they were friendly • arrived in mid-November which is pretty chilly, so glad the heater works well And onto the bad, which is unfortunately what tanks this place's stars. • A RAT SCURRIED ACROSS OUR KITCHEN -- INSTANT 1 STAR • the bathroom doesn't have any outlets to place a converter to use non-GB plugs • the bathroom shower barely drained, you have to take a shower less than 15-min or it'll overflow which is fine for some but if multiple people shower back to back you're outta luck • bathroom also has no fan • not a daily bedroom service/overturn kinda place • no microwave in the kitchen, oven takes forever to heat up, no other way to warm up foods except the stove and that was useless for us

Lucky to be a 2 star at best. Tired, stained carpets, frayed beds, dirty window coverings, dirty and uncomfortable lounges.....felt like I needed to have an antibacterial shower after ataying here. After complaining they offered a refund which was never processed and now won't respond to emails. Give this one a big miss!

Had a family vacation Dec 2-10, 2016. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the employees were very accommodating. If we needed anything we were taken care of. The location is amazing right around the corner from St. Paul's making finding your way back on foot or public transportation very easy. I recommend this hotel Thank you Toby for taking great care of all 11 of us 😀🇬🇧🇨🇦 Denise Brooks

This place rocked. The location is perfect. Close to St Paul's literally out the door. The Tate Modern is close. There are lots of great restaurants and a short Uber or walk to more touristy things. Even though there was no elevator my flat was amazing. I got the studio which was big enough for 2 people maybe 3 if someone couched it. It had a full kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave washing machine and a modern bathroom and cold a/c. This was a dream. Lovely church bells at every hour weren't annoying either. I did hate the thin ass pillows but you can't have it all. Free Wifi and the staff was incredibly nice. I begged for an extra night and got it Would definitely stay again.

Great reception, great rooms and great location. I have no complaints so 5 starts. Room had an ironing board and an iron provided along with a hair drier. Obvious shampoo and good quality towels in the bathroom, couple of complimentary water bottles in the fridge. Some stuff to make coffee and tea in the kitchen with small "baggies" of milk, sugar etc and two cookies. Will certainly come back.

Not so good. Location is good and close to many restaurants. Rooms are spacious perfect for a family. However signs of ware and tear are everywhere specially on the carpet. There is no thermostat and the only way to control the temperature during fall/ winter is opening the windows. There is a church close by and the bell is loudly ringing every half an our, which leaves you in the trade off noisy or hot rooms if you close the windows. There is no front desk after 8:30. I don’t think I would stay here again. There is no daily housekeeping

We stayed here for a week in June. A fabulous location, the apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine (which was great after a month travelling!) there was a fully equipped kitchen too which was a bonus. The accommodation is tucked away in a little laneway so it's nice and quiet even though it is in a very central location. The staff were exceptional and the service was perfect. We will definitely be back. Tip: this is a great location on weekends as this end of the city is a lot quieter on weekends when the office workers aren't around - a real hidden gem!

Amazing stay, could not recommend enough. The staff are so smartly presented, yet warm and welcoming and give the sense that nothing is too much. They really made our stay. The location could not be better situated, as well as being beautiful. Apartments are large and soo spacious, with everything you need. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and no outside noise. Will most definitely be staying again as soon as possible. Again, I honestly could not recommend enough.

Staying at Native Kings Wardrobe was a wonderful experience. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and kind throughout our stay. They assisted with luggage and were always willing to offer help and go the extra mile, amazing service. We booked the Concept Premium One bed, and we were very impressed. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and well-designed with stylish decor. It literally felt like being at home. The facilities provided were exceptional (having a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge in the kitchen). Loved the welcome pack, and the extra little touches such as the toiletries, kitchen utensils etc. Also the hotel benefits from having a secure underground parking facility accessible via a lift, providing convenience to move luggage between the car park and our room. Not only is the location great with it being only a couple of minutes’ walk from St Pauls Tube station, the hotel is also situated in a private and secluded setting, which made the stay pleasant and quiet. This place is great and certainly exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for having us and for your hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again, couldn’t recommend it enough. Our hotel of choice when staying in Central London.

The hotel’s prime location in a quiet courtyard next to St. Pauls Cathedral, made it an ideal base for getting about. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed us that the rooms had been newly refurbished. While the room was the biggest I have ever stayed in London and very well appointed, my wife liked the Bramley Amenities. We did find the access to the underground a bit challenging with my 4x4, as the entrance was somewhat narrow. However, this minor inconvenience was easily overshadowed by the overall quality feel of the stay and the friendly service provided by the staff. The stay was very comfortable, and I will always book Native Kings Wardrobe in London from now on. 5 Stars.
