Was referred to Harley Street for a broken collarbone. I had surgery performed by Mr Ali Noorani. I had a plate fitted around nearly 6 weeks ago. Very happy with my surgery. It all went really well. Felt really looked after through the whole process and the aftercare appointments have been excellent. Had no pain or problems afterwards. Hardly any scar where surgery took place. Excellent, I would highly recommend 100%.

I had such a terrible experience with this 'hospital'. The customer service and care provided is shocking. They do not care about patients or quality of care and are simply motivated by profits and money. The care provided is substandard and should you need to formally complain they will simply ignore you and refuse to reply. If you have any complications post surgery they will tell you to go to A&E after you have paid them thousands of pounds. Shocking. They rush you out of the clinic as soon as your procedure is over and hey have their hands on your money. Don't risk your health and wellbeing with them.

I had my top surgery here in December 2021. My whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The staff really looked after me, and couldn't do enough for me. Every step was explained to me and I was put at ease. All the nurses, doctors and surgical staff came to see me and introduced themselves and explained what was happening. Absolutely professional. The after care was brilliant. Everything went as planned with no complications. I am so happy with the results.

I'm a professional footballer and I had double hip surgery here in the space of 2 weeks and both times the experience was superb! Dr Damian Griffin and team are the best in the business and the process from start to finish couldn't have gone any better. Clean and first class facilities, considerate and professional staff. I underwent breast augmentation surgery at HSSH 6 weeks ago as a transgender patient, and the experience was positive from start to finish. Both I and my partner were made to feel welcome by everyone from the nurses to the concierge staff; I actually ended up not feeling nervous at all prior to going into theatre. All the relevant information was explained in detail. A clean and organised environment, as you'd expect. And a nice vegan meal served some time after the operation. I didn't feel rushed, and was discharged at an appropriate time after being looked over and having my post-op medication explained in full. Very happy all round.

I attended the hospital for a Bilateral Mastectomy operation in August 2021. As this was my first major surgery, I was extremely anxious. I was dealt with in the most professional and compassionate way. Everything was discussed with me and explained in detail. Not once did I feel overwhelmed and each member of staff was approachable and polite. I felt comfortable to ask questions and was given privacy. The hospital was clean and tidy. I would like to say thank you again to everyone whom aided in my experience on the day, both who I physically met and behind the scenes- You all make such a positive difference to so many people's lives. If I was to ever have another operation privately, I would definiately return to this hospital without hesitation

Dr Greg Bran and the team at HSSH were perfect, I can’t put into words how grateful I am to their exceptional care. Berta the nurse, was amazing, I’ll never forget her kindness and support at a time were I felt so vulnerable and scared. She really is one of a kind! Anyone considering getting treatment at HSSH you will not be disappointed, every person I encountered was so friendly. The facilities are modern, clean and the hospital is easily accessible via public transport or car. HSSH is the best!

Fantastic, clean hospital with professional and attentive staff. Had my top surgery feb 2022. I was pretty scared entering the theatre but a nurse kept me chatting away as I lay on the table. In recovery I also had a very attentive nurse looking after me - flying to my side after I said I felt I was going to throw up. Constantly checking I wasn't too hot or cold. Felt very looked after.

Excellent experience of having foot surgery. From the initial appointment, surgery and discharge all was very efficient and the care I received was excellent. Appointments were always on time, staff were friendly and helpful.

I had knee surgery here, and what is immediately obvious is that the staff are friendly and professional. The procedure ran smoothly, it is undoubtedly cosy in size, but that's not a negative, as you get more personal attention....very good.

Kind and caring nursing staff. Very attentive and reassuring. My procedure was performed by my own surgeon but carried out at the HSSH. I can't comment on the hospital beyond my own experience but the treatment I received from the staff I did have dealings with was certainly very good. I'll be back again in a month. Hopefully I will be able to report the same again

Had some cosmetic day case surgery at the hospital and the staff were excellent throughout. Did expect a private room but understandable that they have a recovery room for all the day surgery and then discharged without having to wait long enough to make that worthwhile. They did put on the music and tv i wanted and was well cared for. Lunch was very tasty with a wide offering sent a few days beforehand, as well as my lunch fresh fruit and plenty of drinks were provided. For a day case surgery, nothing else I could wish for!

Major double knee surgery. Up walking the same day. Very little pain. Staff are lovely. 6 Weeks down and I have nothing but praise for all the staff. I am confident I couldnt be in better hands.

I had shoulder surgery today with Dr Ali Noorani. His wisdom and character was abundant throughout each of our pre-surgery, appointments and pre-operation. As a whole my experience at the Harley Street specialist hospital was magnificent and felt well looked after and in very safe hands throughout the whole of my time there. You get what you pay for, or in my case what my insurance company dutifully paid for. 5⭐️

I was admitted yesterday for a knee surgery and I have received the absolute best level of care in this establishment. From the receptionists to the physiotherapist and surgeons, the service has been fantastic! Special thanks to my nurses Antonio and Alejandro who have been so attentive and kind that they made a painful experience really lovely to bare. AMAZING.

I recently had my final wrist surgery at the Harley Street Specialist Hospital and was thoroughly impressed with how efficiently the hospital was run. Upon arrival, I was immediately escorted downstairs and seen by a brilliant nurse who clearly explained what would happen. I did not have to wait long before I was taken into the operating theatre. The surgery was done by the fantastic Mr Berber and Mr Singh, who removed my metal plate and k-wire. I have already commented on Mr Singh’s outstanding care in my review of the London Independent Hospital, so would like to mention Mr Berber. Mr Berber has gone above and beyond to ensure I have had the best possible outcome. He is professional, compassionate and an excellent communicator. He really took the time to break down each part of the surgery to me, which put me at ease. Together with Mr Singh, he has restored a level of mobility in my wrist which I feared would not be possible. The difference this final procedure has made to my life is substantial and I would like to thank Mr Berber again and the wonderful team at HSSH.

I have used the hospital after a knee injury - 2 operations and multiple imaging later I am on the mend. Every person I dealt with from receptionist to surgeon have been incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent. Cannot fault any aspect of my care. thank you

I recently had surgery here and I cannot thank Berta, Antonio and Sandy enough for their impeccable service. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and were always on hand whenever I needed anything. They were also super friendly, had such positive attitudes and made me laugh which made the experience even better!

Great service all around. My surgeons Dr Heerwaarden and Dr Khakha and the staff Diana, Antonio, Sandy and Beatrice all looked after me amazingly well throughout my stay at HSSH. Super professional and friendly, they helped me with what ever I needed and made sure I was comfortable. After an incredibly pleasant trip to HSSH, I wanted the staff and the public to be aware of how amazing they all are there. I also wanted to thank them for my experience of my first surgery as an autistic man. From the get-go at Harley Street Specialist Hospital, me and my family were greeted by the friendly and enthusiastic receptionist, who immediately worked hard to see if there was anything we needed or wanted. He spoke to us about many things while performing his duties but he was polite, kind, and funny all whilst working with us to guide us. Once I was called into the pre-surgical bay, I was met with Diana, who was a lovely woman with a fantastic work ethic. She was keen to make me feel comfortable and at ease before my surgery while also doing her job, going above and beyond to provide a stable environment. I found myself laughing and forgetting that I was even here for surgery. There were some complications to my surgery, and I did aspirate fluid in my lungs but this was nobody's fault - the team of Diana, Antonio, and Doctor Sandy, worked beyond compare to help me and make sure I was okay and stable enough to go home. Not only that, but my surgery was meant to be a daycase and they stayed with me for more than twenty four hours just so that I'd pull through and stabilise. I cannot thank them enough for the way they handled it. They were all so compassionate and understanding of my disability as well, and really took time to talk to me when I was having moments of upset, never flinching if I vomited or if my SATS dropped. I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic, and I sincerely hope that they all know what a stellar job they did for me. Thank you everyone :) Alexander Bates

No one picks if you want to setup a new appointment. Called three times and left my details thrice with a different department as I was told the new bookings team were too busy. Will go to another private hospital since quality of customer care and experience is awful.

Having recently had both shoulders replaced I wasn't too keen on another operation for my knee but it turns out I had nothing to worry about with Professor Wilson and Dr Kley - they advised me what was wrong and why/how it needed to be addressed and that's exactly what they did - all as outlined and described with complete professionalism. At no time did I feel concerned with the procedure, hospital time or the recovery - which has gone extremely well. I hope I don't need my other knee done, but if I do, I won't be going anywhere else - 10/10

As soon as I entered the hospital I was greeted very kindly and well instructed. My changing/waiting room was the perfect atmosphere with a relaxing song and lovely paintings. My nurse Diana looked after me very well and gently. The surgery itself went very quick and nicely handled. Overall my day surgery went flawless and I will remember it as a sweet memory. Thank you.

I've visited this hospital twice this year, my consultant Adrian Wilson was amazing from day one. I felt very confident in him carrying out the surgeries I needed. Professional informative and no nonsense approach getting me back on track in the safest and quickest time possible. The staff at this hospital are number 1, from the reception staff, nurses, physiotherapist, cleaning staff and catering. I was looked after from the minute I got there and after a four night stay wasn't in a rush to get home. Would highly recommend.

Had my recent bilateral tibial osteotomy surgery under Dr Ronald van Heerwaarden and Professor Adrian Wilson at the hospital - clean, efficient and great care during and after surgery, cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a bunion removal and hammer toe correction surgery. I would just like to say that I was really impressed with the overall service that I received from start to finish. All of the staff at the hospital were very sociable and caring and made me feel relaxed before, during and after my operation. My Consultant, who was contactable throughout my treatment, was brilliant and literally created me a new foot which I am over the moon with; so much so that I am thinking of returning to get my other foot done.

Everyone put me at ease on the day of my surgery and the aftercare was superb, any questions i had was answered in great detail! And the nurses were fantastic with my aftercare weeks after surgery, was looked after very well, thankyou to all staff: surgeons; nurses and reception everyone has been extremely helpful!

I was worried because i have travelled from India in Feb 2022 for my upper limb issues under care of Mr.Ali Noorani but felt safe and well looked after.Very clean and pleasant hospital. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. It was a genuinely stress free and easy experience which is exactly what you want when having surgery. I had the most comforting and best experience I could've wished for with my first surgery. All of the staff (incl front of house) were attentive and personable, and on the ball with any requests. They explained everything thoroughly and made me feel completely at ease. I couldn't appreciate everything they done for me more, and would recommend this hospital to anybody wanting a relaxed and welcoming environment. I felt very cared for before my operation and during recovery, which meant the world to me as I travelled and stayed alone. Going to hospital for surgery is never an easy thing but I was glad the staff at the Harley Street Specialist Hospital made me feel at ease and well looked after during my time there. The staff were so attentive and caring and the actual hospital itself was very modern, clean and a pleasant environment to be in.

I had surgery at this hospital. The staff were excellent, I felt looked after. I was there as an outpatient, so only there for a few hours. I would give a 5 star review, however, the billings department for the hospital need to review sending receipts within an acceptable timeframe. I have only just received a receipt for my hospital fees, when I requested this in May. This is not a reasonable timeframe to receive a receipt. I have raised this with the director of billings for the hospital. Apart from this small issue, I have been happy with my experience at HSSH.

I attended for wisdom teeth removal and was delighted with the friendliness, kindness and expertise of all the staff I met, from reception through to theatre nurses, surgeon and anaesthetist. Everything was very efficiently managed, with no delays at any point, so that I was able to leave much earlier than I had anticipated. I have visited many private hospitals in central London over the years but this was much the best experience I have had in every respect. I would certainly return here given the option, if I were to need surgery in the future.
