Lovely items at great prices and packaging is beautiful. Customer services were really quick at answering via email a problem I had and delivery was quick. I have ordered a few times and will continue to do so in the next few months.

I used to love jewellery box and have purchased several pairs of earrings over the years. The styles are beautiful, however the earrings are not anti allergenic and your ears will bleed or have a reaction if sensitive to cheap material. The ‘gold’ on the plated jewellery will come off and some don’t have gold on the bits that go into your ear. Very uncomfortable to wear long term but for a few hours a night for any of their products is recommended. Tried to contact them about these issues and just got fobed off. Pay more for better quality or less for cheap stuff because at least when you buy cheap earrings you expect your ears to bleed after use.

Great pair of hoops, great quality & a sturdy decent clasp...very important when you don't want them falling out & getting lost. Fast delivery, free delivery over a certain amount & packaging was really nice too. Overall I'm very pleased & my daughter has now ordered some too.

I decided to write a review because I was blown away by the stellar customer service I experienced with this retailer. I ordered two pairs of earrings from jewellerybox Ltd, and one of the pearl earrings was bent, so I emailed them, and I got a response within five minutes from Ms Kundan offering a replacement. I got the new earrings delivered the very next day, and I was able to return the other earrings too. I don't think I ever got such fast delivery before from any other retailer. Furthermore, I was happy with the size of the earrings. I can't give a full review and talk about the quality of the jewellery since I only wore them for a day. However, I'd like to note that I enjoyed wearing one of the pairs (Sterling Silver 2mm Round Clear CZ Crystal Stud Earrings). I stopped wearing earrings this year because they bother me, but I barely feel these. I plan to order more jewellery soon!
