It's kinda overpriced... For the price, I would expect a better taste for burgers and fries... The burger I ordered was dry. The bun was not soggy, but it didn't taste good... If it can be toasted or steamed a little, it would be better for the texture(especially for the Bacon burger). However, their onion rings are so good!! So crunchy and the onions were so fresh!!! I would say if you are not too hungry, ordering onion rings instead of burgers def give you a better experience.

A really goodnplace toncome for burgers. The beef is tender and not so fatty. Yum....yum. The hand cut fries were slightly soft for men though. The service at the counter is cordial and professional. Nice place to visit.

Love me some burger fi and this joint kicks and five guys out of the water. Burgers themselves are honestly not too expensive, it’s the sides and drinks that makes this place not returning to again. Though I’m more the type of guy to just get a burger, so I’ll definitely be back. Just know that a small side of fries that taste worse than most fast food joints is like $6… almost as much as a burger itself.

Ordered single burger got a double regular fries are huge and burnt omg do not go here and when you call to complain you have to leave message for someone to call you back wow… Responding to company response. I do not see a link for a survey and I still have not received a call back regarding my complaint from BurgerFi after making 2 calls and leaving 2 messages. How do I get a refund? This is all I want for now.

Great burger restaurant. Went here for a bite of dinner. Staff friendly, nice fries, and good burgers! Still a pit pricy ($9.69!) for a burger and fries ($6.39!) . Also can use a bit of improvement too. Cleaning the windows (especially front door) , shouldn’t be putting chairs on table when people are eating, and needs to fix the fountain machine since they were very limited on drinks. That’s all of why I gave a star away. So, all in all, still a great burger place and still recommended. Will be back. Just needs a bit of improvement.

Seriously disappointed. Super greasy food, way overpriced, almost no flavor. The restaurant was disgusting, literally every table was dirty, the staff were inattentive and at times unfriendly. Food was so greasy it came sitting in puddles of grease. Made me queasy once I was done. Overall, overpriced fast food joint and I won’t be coming back.

Came back for the first time in 4 years and it is still just as amazing! These are seriously the best onion rings I've ever had. You have to get them. Even if you are normally a French fry person. Get the onion rings. Absolutely delicious and MASSIVE. The perfect meal is onion rings, the breakfast burger, and a maple bacon shake. Ranking of items: onion rings, burgers, shakes, and then the fries. So if fries are the most important part of your meal, then maybe not here.

Really like 3.5 stars but that’s not an option. Really friendly nice service, food was just a bit underwhelming. Particularly the fries, they were not really well cooked and were more just like cooked potatoes, soft and crunch less. But I would go back, the person at the counter was really nice and the burger was alright.

Delicious burger fast and friendly staff clean restrooms. Do note however this is one of those burger places where you have to purchase the fries separately. Can be a little on the higher cost but is a great atmosphere plus you can catch the game.

Really really subpar quality, especially for a $13 burger. Brought home and opened this Swag Burger within 10 minutes of it being prepared. It had completely congealed and saturated the bottom bun. The beef tasted gamey, and I ended up tossing the whole thing. I’ll stick to Wendy’s.

1st visit and it did not disappoint. Juicy burgers and amazing fries complemented by a friendly staff. Spacious seating indoors and patio seating as well. We look forward to coming back soon.

A different kind of burger joint. The double burgers must have had something like a half pound of beef in them. Lettuce, tomato, and cheese available as well as "Fi" sauce. The onion rings are exceptional! Crispy breading, solid onion feel (not mushy that is) and seasoned well. Plenty of bottomless drinks available as well as the non-bottomless beers. For the vegetarian crowd, they offer several non-meat burgers. They have hand cut fresh French fries but I didn't try them. After seeing the onion rings it was a no-brainer to go for those instead. BTW the guy behind the counter was exceptionally nice and the food was prepared fresh, hot, and quickly.

Inside is nice until you sit down under a light and then notice all the dust. 🤮 Mine was the veggiefi(you can see the cheese), bf got a custom vegan burger. The fries he received were VERY OLD with dirty oil taste. We did get a new batch only because we asked (as in the picture) . Onion rings are on point. Overall basic feel. Thanks for a nice cashier and meatless alternatives.

McDonald's quality burgers at twice the cost! It's what I've always wanted. The fries were redeeming, but not redeeming enough. Take pride in what you do, and do better. You're in the middle of the art district. Get better buns, and and cook your meat to temperature, not to color.

My husband and I both tried the seasonal rodeo burger and it was great. We also got the fries/onion ring combo. It was recommend we try it urban style which was a great rec.

Would rate the overall quality at 3.5. The quinoa burger was very delicious, onion rings were great sized, the ghost pepper honey and the burger fi sauce were yummy but the fries were garbage. Do not waste your time on them. I wish I would’ve read other reviews on those first. My other complaint would be the price. It’s a little over priced for portion sizes. It’s also very annoying when nothing can come as a meal. It’s all added separately for additional charges. The service was great tho! Very fast and friendly. Answered our questions and was patient while looking over the options!

I don't know what to say about it that would actually sound nice it wasn't a bad experience. I did enjoy my food the onion rings were on point, french fries tasted a little overcooked, and the burgers we're just basic burgers nothing impressive about it. The overall service was good but could have been better it seemed like they were really not interested in customer service more or less getting people in and out of there. Since I don't have any half Stars I would rate this 3 and 1/2 overall for good decent food decent customer service and decent overall experience. Nothing really bad to say about this place it was just decent!

Good fast food. Healthy choices 👌. Burger without a bun but in lectures. Interior a bit worn and torn, but the food was tasty and well prepared.

Went to BurgerFi in Auburn Alabama and thought we would try here in Colorado had gone to the art show downtown and this was a great place to stop for lunch we ordered a burger and a fried chicken sandwich the burger was pretty good but the fried chicken sandwich did not look like the picture and it was actually pretty bland and flat and tasteless we ordered a large fry because it was two of us and the container was fairly small so I thought OK that’s good well what came out was enough fries for four people so trust me get the small fry for two people it’ll be enough!!

This place gets 5 stars just on the burgers and fries alone! So fresh, great balance of meat and cheese to other ingredients and perfectly messy! Their fries are just like I crave them... hot, freshly cut, and just a little floppy 😀

I had been wanting to try this burger place for some time…I was unfortunately quite disappointed. First, every table in the place was dirty and the staff seemed to have no awareness that they need to give cleaning tables attention. The bathroom that I visited was also not clean. On to the food. The fries were gigantic (great!) but undercooked and not particularly tasty (boo!). The CEO burger with wagu was not to my taste. It was a double burger and very meaty. I’ve had wagu before and this was greasy and disappointing. The strawberry shake that I had was good. Here’s the clincher - I found it expensive and a rip off. Shake shack prices with underwhelming product. I guess that I’m glad I tried it for the purpose of checking it off my list of burger places I’ve tried but I won’t be going back. I wouldn’t eat it again if it were free (unless of course I was starving). Oh well, this is what can happen when one experiments. I hope that someone out there finds this helpful.
