I love coming here for laser hair removal! They are always on time and I never have had to wait. They also recently got a new laser which works so well. Rosa is the best too!

Everyone is so friendly. The room is so warm, relaxing, including music and heated bed. Jessica is adorable and does a fantastic job. Always love my results!

Every time I go to Smooth Skin Centers I have the most fantastic experience. Everyone is so nice and happy to chat, and I immediately feel at ease despite coming in for something that I know is going to sting a little. I love the updated laser they switched to recently, and as someone who doesn't have the highest pain tolerance it was a breeze to get through during my session (brazilian). Love it and would definitely come back, 12/10!!

Started as a Groupon customer, stayed as a club member! I had Pat for my first session and he made it a stress-free experience and was very personable and friendly. I still plan on checking out his handy-man services! I’ve had Rosa for every session since, and she is great at her job and somehow makes me feel like we’re just casually hanging out, even though tattoo removal is SPICY. I was nervous when I found out that the company had been sold until I read the intro email from Dr. Peggy, the new owner, and then met her, and she feels like a kindred spirit. Can’t wait to talk to her more. I love this place. 10/10.

I have such a positive experience every time I come here. Peggy and Rosa have been so kind and helpful. I’ve gotten wonderful results so far with my laser hair reduction treatments. When I inquired about Botox treatments, I was provided with detailed and helpful information to help guide me with my decision.

Rosa is the best. Professional and never rushed. She is working at removing a crooked eyebrow I received elsewhere. I can't wait until it's healed, fixed, and I'm on to the next skin issue! UPDATED REVIEW ON 3/30/2023: While Rosa is professional, friendly, and provided great service, I'm perplexed regarding the rescheduling of laser for my eyebrow, and the purchase of two hair removal packages. I don't understand why the owner chose to not honor the price that was discussed and quoted by Rosa. She only stated she "did the math in front of me", as if I was at fault and should simply accept the over 100.00 increase. Well, the owner also stared at her computer trying to insist that was my 4th visit, not my 3rd visit. The whole thing was unpleasant, unprofessional, and can be considered switch and bait practice with regard to pricing. I assume my 3rd eyebrow laser with Rosa is still intact and would appreciate someone confirming this- especially if it has been canceled. Very disappointing and I cannot recommend this business, even though I recommend Rosa, if she worked elsewhere.
