BEWARE
HairClub
is
unable
to
meet
the
supply
and
demand
or
warranties
on
the
products
and
equipment
they
sell
to
new
clients.
Since
the
first
month
they
have
been
in
violation
of
their
Client
Services
Agreement.
Warranties
on
equipment,
such
as
the
scalp
massager,
are
not
honored.
Mine
broke
($200),
they
gave
me
the
800
number
to
call
from
the
brochure
lead
to
an
answering
machine
and
no
call
back
after
10
messages.
The
review
of
one
star
in
no
way
reflects
the
professionalism
and
curtesy
of
their
office
staff.
They
are
extremely
kind
and
it's
unfortunate
HairClub
has
put
them
in
the
position
where
they
are
constantly
apologizing
to
clients
because
they
are
unable
to
supply
the
products
to
their
clients
as
promised
in
their
"New
EXT
Client
Services
Agreement."
In
their
"New
EXT
Client
Services
Agreement,"
under
the
third
paragraph,
"EXT
Services:"
as
part
of
the
EXT
Services
Agreement
HairClub
promises
to
supply
their
clients
with
a
Monthly
Home
Care
Product
Kit,
included
in
this
kit
is
scalp
and
follicle
enzyme
cleanser
and
hair
revitalizing
complex
vitamins
among
other
products.
HairClub
has
consistently
failed
to
provide
these
products
to
me.
After
being
a
HairClub
client
for
9
months
(12/2/2019)
HairClub
has
been
consistently
late
with
providing
these
products
to
the
point
where
they
are
months
behind.
Obviously
this
can
grossly
effect
the
hair
regrowth
process
and
provide
disappointing
results
to
clients.
There
has
only
been
2
out
of
9
months
where
HairClub
successfully
provided
all
the
monthly
products
as
promised
in
their
agreement.
Also
under
"New
EXT
Client
Services
Agreement,"
under
the
third
paragraph,
Hair
Club
promises
to
supply
their
clients
with
Quarterly
Progress
Reports.
Up
until
my
last
appointment,
that
I
had
with
a
new
stylist,
I
have
never
received
any
information
in
regards
to
that
status
of
my
hair.
All
the
steps
have
always
been
taken
to
examine
my
hair
but
I
have
never
been
updated
on
the
"progress."
All
stylists
have
been
professional
and
extremely
nice.
We
constantly
share
personal
things
about
our
lives
and
I
feel
comfortable
in
their
presence;
however,
there
is
a
missing
link
somewhere
in
regards
to
how
I
have
actually
"progressed."
I
do
see
good
blood
flow
within
my
scalp
but
unfortunately
my
hair
has
continued
to
thin
from
my
own
observations.
I
feel
like
I
will
never
know
the
true
potential
because
of
HairClub's
failure
to
supply
me
with
the
promised
products
on
a
monthly
basis.
As
I
write
this
review
HairClub
is
2
months
behind
on
Vitamins,
1
month
behind
on
scalp
&
follicle
enzyme
cleanser
and
has
been
consistently
late
in
providing
all
products
with
the
exception
of
the
shampoo
and
conditioner.
Their
office
is
beautiful,
the
people
are
amazing,
but
unfortunately
I
am
unable
to
recommend
HairClub
because
of
their
continuous
inability
to
supply
the
products
in
a
timely
manner
as
outlined
in
their
client
services
agreement.
