Another 5 guys and top service. They had lots of employees and they were very helpful. They got our order right and promptly. Also their fries portion is just unreal. They keep the place clean. Definitely recommend this joint.

Extremely expensive mediocre burgers and a 10 minute wait. My son and I prefer the burgers and fries at GoodTimes and the meal is half the price. This place is absurdly expensive for what you get. The food is on par with Wendy's or McDonald's but it takes 10 minutes and costs more. Fries were fresh and got some extras in the bag. Burger was fresh but got very few jalapenos and it was just slopped together. My son says his burger didn't taste good for a restaurant burger.

Always a great burger and fries here. I wish it wasn't twenty one dollars for a burger combo every time I visit. Kind of out pricing themselves. Now I limit how often I go. Overall, the Diane area is always clean. And great self serve fountain drink selection. What can I say the food is always on point hot and fresh.

Thier food is over priced and you only get your money's worth if you layer on the toppings. This then makes the burgers really messy, so not good food for when you are on the run. I also remember when this chain used to give out free nuts. Even with covid they could offer people a cup of them. The food did taste good and that's the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

I'll start with the service which was prompt and polite, the restaurant was clean and free of trash or clutter. The food however was mediocre from every angle, the fries were soggy and not as plentiful as one expected. The burgers were not flavorful and seemed rushed, the toppings were sparse and the buns were hard and bland. Overall the worst visit I've ever had to almost any burger place and for a subpar $10 burger and $4 fries I'll go somewhere else.

I've never had a bad experience at five guys. The standard (double) burger is almost too much but it's so delicious I order it stacked up anyways.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger and it was delivered with no cheese or burger patties! Who in their right mind would wrap this up and send this out the door?!
