Maintenance must be napping in apartments all day, driving around in their golf carts once in a grand while. The company they hired for renovations has done a horrendous job, from leaving trash everywhere, making the appearance of our buildings horrible and replacing "combustion air covers" with sharp metal ones in hallways. Trash bins have basically been destroyed. Also just had a new toilet installed, the new one was chipped on top when it finally arrived after a month of waiting. No accountability at all. I have been told multiple times that a manager would call me back and have yet to speak with anyone who can get anything done.

Would choose any other apartment over this. Our apartment and the hallway has smelt of raw sewage for two months since we moved in and they won’t fix it. We were lied to about the unit we would be getting. Things are constantly breaking, constant electrical issues. Severely understaffed maintenance crew for size of complex. Apartment was not cleaned before we moved in with food on ceiling, holes in ceiling and floor, and neither the bathroom or bedroom doors close. If you are thinking of moving in, I would highly suggest continuing your search for a different apartment complex.

Professionalism is severely lacking in their leasing department. I submitted an application a week ago, have called and talked to the "leasing agent" only to have her tell me that "I don't qualify" even though my application still says pending property approval. But I also don't have the option online to do anything further until they decide to look at it even though she has admitted to viewing and declining it on the phone with me. I have had to call endless times back to back just to get someone to pick up the phone and speak to me only to be given the run around and land back in the same place. I'm not sure they have read through the leasing agreement that people sign because I did. You income qualification through security properties is clearly listed at 2× rent. This lady is very RUDELY telling people it's 2.5 and not bothering to read the fine print but instead belittling people who had actually done their reading, which means you are missing out on potential clients. I have emailed security properties letting them know about the situation and am awaiting a call back regarding my administrative fees asbecause I don't want to lose 170$ dollars. And the information she gave me is yet again, not what the document says, that I signed. It doesn't say you will mail me a check as a refund. It says it will be remitted to me within 10 days of denial, withdrawal or cancelation. To me, it should go back onto my card. I don't trust money in the mail and this is the only apartment complex I know of that "operates" like that. I will update if my issues get resolved but for the time being I strongly suggest not trapping yourself with these people.

If you are planning to move here DON'T!!! The manager never returns your call. I have been having problems with this property since i moved in last August 2022. If i would have had the money i would have moved out within a month of living here. My stovetop shattered while i was boiling rice. This happened Sunday, I put in w work order on Monday, never heard anything back. My daughter called tuesday, finally maintenance man came tuesday evening. Told us we could use the broken stove. Were not crazy!! I called two more times as no one ever answers the phone. Left two messages to no avail. I called back today Monday (7 days later and instead of calling me back they call my daugher) Still no word, don't know if they are ordering a new stove or what. I have spent money that i don't have eating out. I have not been living well at all. I pay my rent on time, i abide by the rules and regulations and this is what i get. No one enforces the rules, no one abides by the rules. They trash the swimming pool every sunday with modelo beer bottles and trash. No one is ever able to swim bc the pool is full of trash and bottles. And NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE!!! IT IS A BAD PLACE TO BE. BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I am a resident for 5 years and l love this Community, amenities are great. The apt are huge with big bathroom. Only walking distance from one store to another one. A big parking space. The team works so hard to maintain the property with a good curb appeal. We are very happy with the new manager -Elena she is very kind , available, she really cares about her residents. Thank you for hiring her

I absolutely love living here! The leasing office staff is always so kind and attentive, specifically Alma! The maintenance crew, specifically Nathan, is always quick to respond to your request and communicates well with the status of your request. He’s respectful of your living space and leaves the area clean afterwards! His service is OUTSTANDING! The inside of the apartment is very spacious and clean. The leasing office does community events that are so much fun with outside movie nights, donut days, etc. I’ve never had a problem with my mail or packages! They have a 24 hr open gym with great gym equipment! The little park is such a great place for toddlers and little kids to play. The park is always clean and well maintained. The pool is also a fun great area for the summer time. They have an outside sitting area with a fire place that makes a family night event a memorable one. Plus it’s a pet friendly community! Lastly, it’s right in the middle of the city so everything is close by including stores/mall, restaurants, light rail, court house, city library, highway anything you can think of is 5-10 mins away :) Thank you to the entire staff for making my experience here an amazing one!

I just visited the Property, Elena gave me a tour.l love this Property and the amenities, pool, kids park,dog park,grills,fitness center. The units are big with ,big bathroom l was looking for. The Property is well maintained, clean,location is great and convenient All stores around.l already applied.l cannot wait for move in.

Literally the worst place I've ever lived. I had to call the police multiple times for concerns about people tweeking out right outside our window (lived on the first floor) and for a couple above us who were screaming and throwing things at night. Originally there were gates everywhere, and they office gave us gate keys. About a month after we moved in the opened literally every gate, and it just wasnt safe. We had multiple maintainence issues, a big one was that the AC didnt work when we moved in. Near the end of our lease, our AC broke again, and a pipe froze. When the frozen pipe started to melt and leak water everywere, maintainence said that there was nothing they could do. An apartment upstairs was having work done one their washer/dryer. It started to leak and effectively flooded our entire apartment. Maintanence came and when we asked if they could stop the leaking/flooding, they said no and left. Lastly, when we moved out, every chare on our moveout statement was duplicated. So they were charging us double what we actually owed. After calling and calling and going to the office during open hours and no one was there, they finally recognized that there were double charges. They emailed us giving a random refund of the charges. It was still wrong (they were overcharging us by 50$ still. I emailed again asking about the wrong charges still, they then marked my email a spam (anytime i Tried to send them something after I got a message saying "the person you're trying to send this too has marked you messages as spam")! They also wouldn't answer my calls! After going in AGAIN, I had to sit down and do the math LINE BY LINE to show that the amount owed was still wrong. They eventually fixed it, but it took 3 weeks for them to do so. Don't live here.

Terrible attention when you have problems, it takes more than a month to go and fix things…
