I wanted to like this dentist I really did. I have been going to dentists all my life and think it's necessary to have a stable dental care routine with your dentist. Problem is that this dentist is a bit “car salesman” in their approach. They surprised me with 2 root canals, which was a shock considering that I go in for more frequent visits to avoid these huge issues. Then in the middle of the procedure they tell me that I could get an infection and that I need to decide if I want to continue. Of course I paid in advance where they told me that if I did the extraction instead it would essentially be the same price with a tiny credit. This sounded like a ploy to allow them to keep the money I spent. Nonetheless I got a bad vibe and decided to stop the whole thing and get a second opinion. Got a second opinion and discovered multiple errors, which are below. Granted and I admit I did get frustrated with them when I wanted my refund for incomplete work and they told me they couldn't do that until their office manager was available, which again felt like another tactic for them to keep the money I spent. Below are the problems I had with this dentist. Too many problems; too unprofessional; and a cheap atmosphere. I would avoid them and go with someone more reputable and professional. After getting a second opinion, they left the nerve exposed on a tooth that they worked on. No filling was done and I could have gotten an infection Was never prescribed antibiotics for the temp crown I had and the incomplete root canal. Ended up getting the beginnings of an infection that needed to be addressed and was getting painful Didn't have a cleaning for over a year, which probably contributed to my root canals Never called me afterwards to do a survey on their work or check up on me. No post op care or concern

This office is very friendly and comforting that makes me feel welcomed and wanted here. The whole team are very good and fast at what they do that I have no problems with my treatment or time frame. Both doctors here are also very passionate and amazing at what they do. I would recommend this office to anyone out there looking for a new dentist!

This dental office has such great energy, the team communicates well, and helps one another. They assisted all my needs and made me feel welcome and not judged. I highly recommend coming to this dental office.

I’ve been coming here for a bit now. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The front desk lady Diana is such a lovely lady and always greets you with a smile. When I first came here, they made me feel at ease and explained what was going on. I can tell you there was no upselling like I’ve dealt at other places. The cleaning was very pain free and they kept checking in on me. I’ve never felt uncomfortable here one bit. Doctors are friendly and really are not out for your wallet and money. They truly care about their patients here. I will continue to come here as long as I am in the area

Dr. O’Brien was so thorough and kind for my appointment. She was very knowledgeable and went over everything in great detail so I could understand it and made me feel good about the work I have to have done without any judgment. She made me feel like she really cared. I’m so happy to finally have a dentist that I am comfortable with and don’t dread going to see. She seemed very experienced being my fillings and crowns came out perfect and I can’t wait to see what else she can do! The rest of the office was very welcoming as well.

These guys are so wonderful. My son and I have been coming here since they opened and everyone is super nice. They are gentle and don’t try and push anything that I don’t need either! Dr. Tesar is awesome!

At first, I left a negative review for this business due to an unpleasant experience I had. However, Dr. Tesar, the owner, personally reached out to me to address my concerns and make things right. She even offered me a full refund for my experience. If you are looking to schedule an appointment, I would recommend requesting to see Dr. Tesar specifically, as she demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction and improving the overall experience at the business. During my regular cleaning and checkup, they informed me that I had two cavities and offered to handle the procedure. However, to print a 3D part for my tooth, they ended up needing to remove a much larger portion of my tooth to ensure the piece wouldn't break. On my first visit, I spent six hours waiting for the filling to be printed, and they asked me to pay for the service even though it wasn't completed. When I returned for the second day, I spent another three hours there and they removed even more of my tooth. Looking back, they should have recommended I get a regular filling elsewhere instead of offering only 3D printed fillings.
