I travel regularly for business and while the hotel rooms are clean enough, the halls smell like cigarettes and body odor.. They claim they need to come in and inspect rooms every 4 days but didn’t mention this upon check in..my shower also had the body soap ripped from the wall. None of this was part of the issue I had though.. they called the police after they messed up my bill and started acting aggressively. The manager specifically said, while I was waiting in the lobby, that if I don’t “go to my room” that she’ll call the cops and have my family removed. I never once responded aggressively and was the only person in the lobby, I was so confused and will be sending the recording over to corporate as this was very confusing and distressing. All in all I would be cautious staying here, they try to check you out in the middle of your week stay then charge you nightly and claim they won’t refund because they checked you out. The manager is just really childish and mean and will treat you like a child when she doesn’t agree. Very weird experience.

Stayed here a couple times. Great location and staff. Close to some really good local restaurants and lot of fast food chains if you’re on a budget. The complimentary breakfast is better than most other hotels. I would’ve given 5 stars, but the water pressure and the quality of the room I stayed in the second time around threw me off a bit.

Its got some character to its vibe. I fit in fine. I loved the diversity here. It was cool to see people with pets. No pet noises after 9pm it seemed. Stayed 7 nights.

It’s an average experience at this location. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. They definitely need to improve their showers.

This place is good for staying the night in before and after your flight. The Service is very welcoming with everyone being so nice. Rooms are very nice here if your a small family, with a nice shower, and a pull out bed. Food is pretty nice but it could do better with eggs, but it was still good. I had a very good time here and I hope anyone staying here has one too.

Clean room, friendly staff, great service. A special shout out to Jason at the front desk. Excellent customer service and always a genuine happy greeting. Convenient location to everything in South Denver. This is our second stay and we will be back again.

Our room was ideal, a beautiful suite. The shades for blocking out light from the window were so good--pretty much blackout shades. The staff was friendly and helpful. The workout room was spacious and had a good amount of equipment. Though the multipurpose machine was damaged, the workout equipment was quality.

We arrived early from our flight and called ahead to ask if we can check in early. The person I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful and said it wouldn't be a problem. We arrived not too long after and our room was ready for us! Employees always said hello or good morning or good evening. Very friendly and helpful with questions. The only negative was the pool was pretty cold. I'm sure it was heated but the temperature was in the upper 60's which is pretty cold for an indoor pool. After some time getting used to the water, we were fine, but the cold was a little shocking. The room was nice and spacious. Very clean and we were able to get additional items such as towels and pillows relatively easy. 100% recommend and would return if we visit the area again.

Very friendly staff. Yvonne, great team member. Good breakfast variety. Plates could have been sturdier, very flimsy. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Water pressure and temperature were very good. Towels were good quality.

Rooms are clean. Manager not helpful. Free breakfast wasn't good and really no selection. Had to eat somewhere else every morning after the first day of trying it.

The hotel was next to a bunch of restaurants and shops. close to the city. The breakfast was amazing. There were a bunch of options and they kept buffet full!

Great place and stay! Room had a strange smell that may have been wet carpets but subsided after a couple days.

I travel for work, Very Poor customer service, although the lady that checked me in was great, It took house keeping 3 days to deliver a clock to my room. I booked this hotel (9 days)with a kitchen, so I may prepare my own meals, but to my surprise I'm told I have to wait for a hot plate to become available from another guest after they check out before the hotel will bring me a hot plate cook with. So I believe I am hearing Hilton cannot afford enough hot plates to accommodate its guest(Diamond Member) that do choose to prepare their own meals in house? How cheap is the General Manager of this establishment that they are more concerned about their end of the bonus then keeping a Diamond member guest happy by spending $30 from petty cash funds at the local Walmart and suppling a hot plate to cook with. I was even told by the clown at the front desk that I was welcome to check out any time. I DO NOT recommend this hotel for guest satisfaction. IHG Brand Hotels are a better bet for customer satisfaction.

Do not stay here with kids or young people. It’s next to a drug rehab location and there are many patients that stay there that are not unte recovered. It’s uncomfortable. The staff is rude and uninviting and always on edge. When you ask for maid service they do not clean or make the bed they leave towels. They never filled our soap or shampoo. Very unprofessional

My children and I stayed here for an entire month while waiting for my husband to join us from South Korea. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were clean, the location and price was fantastic, and the breakfast was great!! I would highly recommend this hotel! The pool was cold, so we only went once, and only one elevator was working...other than that, the stay was absolutely wonderful!

We had reservation for our room. Even told reservation agent we would be showing up late around 10pm-12midnight they said this was okay and charged our card. Our room was paid before we arrived. When we arrive to check in nobody was at the front desk to check us in. We waited for 2 hours still no one to help us. Of course we called the hotel number that kept ringing hoping we can enter extension of manager to get some help stillMy family ended up driving home with little sleep with a tired and cranky toddler since the hotels near by were already full! I called back next day to get my money back and speak to management. The front desk lady assured me their manager would call me back. No money back in my account and no manager called me back. So disappointed with this hotel! We would not recommend this place.

Booked online. Counter couldn’t find my confirmation number, put my information in, charged me and then tried to charge me again siting that it hadn’t gone through, but it showed up as charged in my bank account. Spent almost a half hour just trying to get into a room so I could rest. Counter called his manager, the manager claimed my reservation was for another night.. I pulled up my email and the confirmation, showing that I was checking in on the date I had said and not what they claimed. Ironically, there’s a sign in the lobby saying “ we guarantee an engaging experience, and clean comfortable accommodations. If you aren’t completely satisfied, let us make it right or that night’s on us.” I’d definitely chalk this up to a huge in convenga huge inconvenience

Kudos to Management and Team, rooms are fantastic for the price (I've stayed at many places with a 1/4 of the amenities/ service for much more $) EXCELLENT service from the front desk even in the middle of the night, the rooms are absolutely perfect in their usefulness and the new appliances are a plus. Room was spotless barring an old stain on the carpet which probably just needs a run with stronger equipment. Prices are better if you book a few weeks ahead. Some other features include gym, pool, a free wifi option, free breakfast, and shuttle to Centennial Airport (Not Denver),. The rooms include dishwater, large microwave, kitchen sink, a few dishes/ can opener/ paper towels, toaster & more, small coffee machine, very large desk space great for remote work, large fridge, extra sofa bed, tons of shelves if you have a lot of books or binders. Mattress is firm with very soft pillows, which i prefer. A small feature i really appreciated is a desk lamp and a slide out desk which works well with a keyboard, really comes in handy. The only thing I thought was missing was a small stove but I'm sure it's safer not to have it :). I think some other reviews have overly high expectations, really complaining about the taste of orange juice from a free breakfast? Incredible...

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to, there wasn't a time where I didn't see at least two people cleaning something when I was entering and exiting. The pool area and patio were spacious and so were the rooms. My favorite part was the ginormous shower lol!

What a step up from a normal hotel. Full size fridge with freezer and tools to heat and eat leftovers or make your own meal. Lots of space, good work area and storage space you won't find in normal hotels. Friendly staff and very clean.

We paid for a king room for two nights but when we arrived we were given a queen and our room was not properly cleaned. There were pieces of candy everywhere that staff seemed to miss. When we called down to the front desk they told us they were sold out of kings and we couldn’t get a refund due to booking our room on a third party site. Customer service would have been better had they apologized for the mistake and let us know they would have a king for us the following night but instead we had to call and ask if there was anything available.

I've stayed at several Home2 Suites before and this is by far the worst one I've encountered. The carpet in the original room we stayed in was stained (and sticky) and the couch smelled of stinky cheese. We requested and were granted a change of rooms, however the second room smelled damp and obviously had some sort of moisture issues. The third room we were given was finally satisfactory. There were definitely other issue going on as well in the hotel. For example, the night we checked in there were two large bags of trash by the elevator and we saw the same bags in the morning as we were leaving. Some of the carpets in hallways were stained and had small bits of trash on them. Additionally there was a missing fire extinguisher on the bottom floor by the elevators (of which only one was operating during our stay). The night we checked in, there was no soap in our room and when we requested some from reception we were informed that they had run out of soap...

We traveled from TN to Colorado for a family function, we highly recommend this hotel for your needs. It's clean, welcoming, good food, and accommodations are great. Free laundry, salt water pool, and priced to make your relax. Need a place, this is it!! Best place ever to stay with your pets, they even have doggie treats at the desk to welcome them as well.
